Lumayanlah untuk menginap semalam saja Kamarnya lumayan dari segi ukuran Kebersihannya bisa lebih ditingkatkan Secara keseluruhan lumayanlah kalau Anda orang yang santai dan datang ke sini hanya untuk tidur malam. Lokasinya sangat sempurna

Mereka menawari saya Upgrade ke suite di lantai 22 dengan pemandangan Kota yang fantastis. Burj Khalifa dan Dubai Mall dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Semua yang Anda butuhkan ada di lingkungan sekitar, ke Pantai Jumeirah sejauh 4 km. Saya menikmati masa inap dan perjalanan bisnis selama 4 hari di hotel ini, meskipun dekat dengan jalan raya bisnis siang dan malam dan menurut saya suasananya kuno

Thank you to the dear host for giving us a nice room, close to the metro, excellent service, and everything we wanted was delivered to our door. We only had a delay in receiving the service, but overall it was acceptable and we had a wonderful stay.

Very bad experience durty bad smell no towel in the room every day must call the reception to bring and waiting 40mn

Everything are perfect

The service was very poor I went to the first room without AC tried to call then thought the landlines wasn't working then I went down to ask to change the room, they changed for me then in the new room put my stuff and everything I went out once back tried to open the door the key wasn't working then I had to went down again to ask them to resolve the issue for me once I said everything is resolved again I tried to ask for a service through the phone I called them several time no one answering then when I went down to ask what I want it happened again the key didn't open the door for me then I went down again to ask them to open the door it was really really the poorest experience

Nothing is good in this hotel , room is not on the expected level , renovated old building , error in main room door opening , even room service couldn’t open the door till engineer came to fix the door program , error in the room internet , room telephone is not working I cannot call reception or room service , hard to catch a lift as always crowded and too slow . Parking is too hard even via valet , toilet smell bad , balcony door not closing and road noise is not isolated , I even booked city view but they gave me a corner room with next building view , seriously ??? However , I regret booking this hotel and will make sure it won’t happen again .

The location was so good nearest to Burj Khalifa and all the tourist attractions places. Also near the metro station. Satisfied with the Services and amenities provided during the stay.

I stayed here before at their apartment and it was perfect. Second time stayed here, the vibes was not that good. Elevator is really slow. Room not that clean. Renovation is everywhere. Quite old version of hotel.

It is a good place. However, they have shut down their kitchen which has put an end to the entire vibe of this place. This place used to give the feeling of an apartment more than a hotel, which wouldn’t be the case anymore, and which is why we probably wouldn’t go back there anymore.
