Ulasan Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai

Layanan yang baik. Ada satu anak laki-laki yang tampak sangat murung saat berurusan dengan pelanggan di resepsi. Tetapi semua orang sangat membantu. Sarapan selalu luar biasa. Kamar bisa dilakukan dengan lebih banyak pembersihan, terutama noda di karpet. Linen juga berdebu.

Tempat tidur di hotel ini sangat saya sukai, dan saya benar-benar tidur dengan nyaman. Sarapan sangat kaya, dan manajemen layanan sangat baik selama epidemi. Ada orang yang membantu mengambil dan mengantarkan makanan. Jenisnya banyak dan rasanya enak, tapi pelayanannya juga kurang. Apa yang saya tidak suka adalah meja depan, sikap buruk dan aksen India yang kental. Dibandingkan dengan staf layanan di restoran, itu benar-benar dunia yang berbeda.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. tempat yang menakjubkan, makanan dan staf.

Close to the International Airport, amazing deals on prices but a little far to get to Dubai City Centre where everything is. Great for business short trips.

The rooms level didnot match with brand as Movenpick But it’s ok

Well, the room is comfortable for 2 but the room service is avg. they charge if you call for ice bucket. During breakfast if you ask for a milkshake it is chargeable. Breakfast spread is pretty decent but no variety in bakery products for vegetarians

Hassan at Reception was excellent and gave us an upgrade which was much appreciated. The bartender at the rooftop bar was not very customer focussed & knew nothing about your Happy Hour. Your Happy Hour at the pool and sports bar turned out to include a bucket of 5 bottles of lager for AED 129. It did not include any wine, spirits or cocktails. As my husband doesn't drink lager & I don't drink beer this didn't make us very happy. At the evening BBQ we were impressed with your lady chef and, although we placed meat and fish platters orders early on, we only received our meat order. The dessert section ran out at around 21:45 and the level of customer smoking was intense and unpleasant to us as non-smokers.

Movenpick Bur Dubai was super great - their front desk were super friendly, concierge was super helpful (shoutout to Kamal - the welcome he gave me when I first arrived was nice, and he was super helpful in the tips he gave me regarding my travels) and the room was super large! The bed and the pillows were sublime, the bathroom was clean, bright and the bathtub was a nice touch. Also loved the general grand yet cosy vibe of the hotel - really felt like I was coming back home after a long day of traveling in Dubai. I would definitely return here for a stay! P.S. there's an attached Starbucks in the hotel, so that helps if you need a quick caffeine boost or snack! A tip for potential improvement - the gym was located obscurely and I couldn't find my way around well enough without asking around. Better signage to the gym could have helped!

Over all its a good experience. We have been staying in Movenpick from past 12 years. Compare previous experience now breakfast options very less and Service not up to the mark. Reception failed to inform us that in our upgraded package there is no executive lounge access.

Hotel reception was very welcoming for a midnight (ish) arrival. Apartments are substantial in size with good facilities. The problem is that they allow smoking, even on non-smoking floors, so cigarette smells permeate the apartments and no amount of 'refreshing' spray can eliminate the odour. We had a problem on our last morning where the entire water supply for the apartment cut out mid-shower and wasn't restored for over an hour. The staff organised a free cake for us to celebrate a birthday while staying at the hotel. The promised chocolate hour timings were mis-communicated to us, which was disappointing for our children. Breakfast was a pretty good range with a few multi-cultural options. The on-demand omelette service always had a long line and the restaurant area didn't have enough tables during peak times to accommodate us. Valet parking was available for hotel guests but because the apartments are in a building 100 or so metres away, it was not practical to use for our stay. Overall a pleasant stay but still quite a few service issues for the hotel to improve.
