Hotel ini berada di pusat kota, dekat bandara, sangat strategis dan dekat dengan pasar emas dan sungai Dubai, area parkir gratis dan layanan yang baik membuat saya puas. Bagian dalamnya indah.

I'll write what I liked, spacious rooms, good pillows, pretty good cleaning! delicious breakfasts, plenty to choose from! what I didn't like, they couldn't check me in for a long time, my room was only ready at 15:30, and on the last day the security guard wouldn't let me in until I showed my room card, it was so ugly, and it was the first time I've encountered something like that!

The service was really good the staff were very friendly & very helpful … not very impressed by the amenities the shower cubicle was leaking water causing the floor to be wet & slippery a serious health & safety hazard …. I had to put a towel on the floor to prevent from slipping ….

horrible hotel,3:30pm still cant check in, tap water both side hot, no possible boil water, kettle rusted , recieption very bad attitude,

Helpful Servicecounter. Nice LUXURY room Airco worked perfectly. Clean room with hot water in short time. Good breakfast buffet with so friendly staff. High quality furniture as well. Especially the lobby is designed luxurious yet at the same time very tasteful. The lifeguard/host in the swimming pool area was super friendly and kind. We asked for silence no music at the pool. He instantly and in a very professional way responded and helped us with towels and other services in the most friendly way. I highly recommend a stay in this Hotel.

Bad stay, bad staff, bad room, if you ask anything the staff get upset. They gave me a room in which the refrigerator was not working and the sofa had several burns

Hey there All Visited this fantastic place for a staycation located at Deira name as Carlton palace Hotel We were duo The Hotel rooms are very spacious The Bathroom is not top The Roof Top pool is amazing The Gym was big and has all the top equipments Absolutely loved it The breakfast buffet was better than many other 5 star hotel buffet highly recommended If you are in Dubai make sure to stay in this amazing 5 star hotel Follow for more such reviews
