Amazing hotel with big rooms

Ну что же, отель резервировался как удобное расположение с бассейном рядом с линией пляжа и доступностью кафе/ресторанов поблизости. Предоставленный номер повышенной категории с двумя спальнями и кухней по замыслу отеля, думается, должен был компенсировать то, что бассейн и фитнес зал не работали в период проживания и вплоть до конца сентября (еще месяц). Но этот просторный номер вряд ли перевесил отсутствие упомянутых вещей, что не было, кстати, отражено на сайте при бронировании. Завтраки в отеле на пятерку, менеджмент ресторана максимально предупредителен. Номер, фактически, вместо city wiev имеет вид на промзону Дубая (фото), отель лукавил, предоставляя такую общую информацию. Но так как была жаркая погода, сидение на балконе исключалось и я не стал просить о смене номера. К слову, сначала нам попытались дать размещение на 10 этаже с аналогичным видом, но в комнате был сильный запах от хим. средств обработки ковров, и поменяли его на 18 этаж. Вторая, высокая башня Hilton-a это не отель, а частные апарты, поэтому на нее рассчитывать не стоит. В номеребыла стиральная машина Candy, но она с ходу выдала ошибку после запуска. Поменяли на Beco, которая исправно все отстирала. Порошок был в наличии. Общую оценку проживанию поставить сложно, думаю, 4-. Главным образом потому что барышням нужен был бассейн, так как отстойно-застойная вода залива совершенно неприятна, особенно в летнее время.

We moved to this hotel from a five star hotel on the Palm and really wish we had have stayed here from the start. Hotel staff were great - extremely helpful & attentive - great location just a few mins walk to the Walk - really clean and well equipped two bedrooms apartment - but to me the best thing was the pool area - really modern, extremely relaxing, spacious, lots of sun beds and lovely big pool. I have been to Dubai five times now and stayed in some really nice hotels - but will probably use this as my go to base for future visits.

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach was a wonderful stay. They had amazing front desk staff and their apartment was Hugh and spacious for our family of 5. Couple of nits, the unit is missing a kitchen, for the size of the unit, the fridge was a tiny (hotel room size) and other than water, a nesspresso machine and a kettle, there weren’t any thing else.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, diverse breakfast, amazing swimming pool and beach.

Vi have been leaving in your hotel,several times,that´s why we are comming back again.

Overall experience was just ok , I was staying with family and staff is not accommodating, they go very strict by book.

Most enjoyable stay in Dubai, close to the malls for shopping and restaurants.

We had a suite (great size) with a ‘marina view’. It’s more ‘road’ view with a touch of canal! My only real gripe was a weak ‘over the bathtub’ shower rather than a walk in shower. There was certainly enough room for one. Plenty of Nespresso refills & water. Room service food was also very good. Breakfast was great and the service excellent-also very good value. Pool side food also good as well as the service. In the afternoon the volume increases to the point where u can’t hear your own iPod so in the end I gave up trying-worse on a Saturday as for some strange reason there’s a singer at one part of the pool and a DJ at the other-if you’re in the middle u can’t hear either! The hotel is in the shade for most of the day but trust me your skin will appreciate it! We went to Maine restaurant twice and the vibe & food were great.
