We stayed at the hotel for 4 days . Their service was amazing and we got a beautiful room to stay.

A Memorable Stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira ... Definitely Reccommendable ... Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Mr.Rafay that set the tone for the entire experience... As most properties do, a Security deposit of 100AED has to be done and the city taxes has to be paid in AED cash , whhich is aaprox 10AED/Day... The hotel's location in the vibrant Deira district , Near to the Corniche , in the newly devoloping Enrichment Deira project made exploring the city a breeze. With easy access to GoldSouk Metro(1 Min Walk) shopping centers, cultural landmarks, and dining options, I felt truly immersed in the heart of Dubai's bustling atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.One thing to note down was the Water Purifier provided in the room which is not seen in much places . The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the stunning views of the city skyline added an extra touch of luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurants. From indulging in delicious international cuisine at The Avenue to savoring authentic Arabic flavors at The Med, every meal was a delight for the senses. The roof top Infinity Pool & Gym offered are of top notch experience... Pool timings are 8am-8pm and has a bar too... spending a relaxed evening at the pool with some cocktails is also a very relaxing experience... The staff at Mercure Dubai, Deira deserve special commendation for their professionalism and attentiveness. Mehtab & Irene has my special heart for assisting during the day hours. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Mercure Dubai, Deira to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Dubai. Very humble and disciplined staff Everywhere, reception, room service and at morning buffet and yes, the buffet breakfast is awesome

2023 new hotel. Amenities and breakfast are good. Near to Gold Souk metro and bus station, for public transport travel to attractions. However being too new, there is no big malls, supermarkets, or too much eateries nearby now.

Organized a trip for a group of persons however money left in the rooms of one of the occupants was stolen and the hotel couldn’t even be sensitive enough to call in the police to carry out investigations but rather asked we the guests to place a call to the police. Bad bad experience and I wouldn’t repeat a visit to the hotel.

Very good location. near gold souk metro station. All the staff were nice and very accommodating. The room is very clean and cozy.

Repeat customer. Over 20 nights total, 6 different times and always satisfied.

We wanted to check in at night 2am but hotel staff was not helpful at all. We had the booking paper along with the hotel confirmation number but they refused to accept the booking at first and then told we have 1 room booked while we had booked two rooms. The staff was not ready to check with their reservation team or listen to us at all. We had to get them called from trip service in order for them to look for it after which they gave they found booking in 1 minute. Pathetic behaviour from staff . Very untrained and un professional.

Check in was good and the receptionist was very helpful and fast on early hrs of the 2nd of March ‘24 a gentleman and the concierge gentleman was helpful Though the room was not cleaned despite notifying them with the clean the room button The breakfast was just average and not complying with Middle East varieties but the staff at the restaurant were good Room cleaning needs to improve seriously cause the glass wares weren’t cleaned after were used the next day neither were the coffee and tea put in the room the tray was empty
