Cutting corners! Nobody reads long reviews but you better read this one! First about food, cause if food no good anything else... and sadly it's no good! Breakfast: no cooked bacon, no beans, just limited choise between boiled eggs, cooked eggs, pancakes ? (yes, for breakfast???) and 2 sorts of sausages same for 7 days! Midday meal: choose between fish (tried once didn't like it), pork and tasteless cooked chicken ( how it's possible get that wrong???) that's all for 7 days! Garnish: boiled potatoes, boiled rice, cooked veggies (didn't looked good so can't tell the taste) for 7 days! Sallads are ok but also very repetitive. Dinner about same as midday, can't tell much cause we end up going out for dinner on 3rd night till end of stay! Underground car park got half buried curbstones between parking spaces (only parking I know like that!) It's very dark so if you a bit clumsy you can damage car or take a serious tumble as curbstones between cars are virtually unvisible and is no safety warnings at all about it!!! Dear Administration! Please explain- You keep "caution sleepery floor" sign permanently during day in hall connecting treatment complex and hotel but in dark time (past 5pm) you switch most of lights off in same place!!! Aqua park open till 10pm so most of hotel quests making their way through place under safety caution in day time in half dark with wet slippers!??? My 2 stars are ONLY for brilliant treatment center, deserves 5, especially best (in my opinion) masseuses but... We expected 5 treatments a day! Fitobar: 150mg of herbal tea, if you wanna more- pay extra! Counts for one treatment!!! Massage for 15 minutes (!!!???) counts as treatment! (end up paying extra for longer) Shame- cutting corners money saving policy dragging one of the best treatment centers down, fast!

First time we entered the room it wasn't cleaned at all. We informed reception about this. Second time we entered the room we saw it was somewhat cleaned but the bed wasn't made, the glass was still filthy. We informed reception once again to take care of the room. Third time we entered the room it was still the same. I took the bathrobe and it was still wet from previous guests. We couldn't go to saunas and pools with those bathrobes of course. Evening ruined. It wasn't worth the money we paid and noone care to listen what we have been asking for several times.

Stayed for a romantic weekend getaway. The hotel is quite basic, with nothing to be mentioned as a unique feature. Breakfast is quite basic even for a 3star hotel, if getting to breakfast at the end of breakfast, do not expect to find a good choice (it was Saturday morning), the following day we came earlier, the choice was better, even found some desert. Regarding aqua park it is hard to call the aqua park for adults, it is great for kids, but all area is equal to a good sports club swimming pool zone with 3 different saunas, two slides, a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. This hotel would get a 3/5 rating, but treatment procedures were amazing: professional, reasonably priced, and relaxing. Shootout to this service and if i will be back here, only for treatment procedures. ATTN: elevators are always busy, all days used staircases. if expecting to sleep late, running kids in the corridor will wake you up :)

We got a gift certificate for a night in the hotel + spa for the two of us. The rooms are clean, have big windows with great view. We didn’t get to interact much with the stuff, but check-in/check-out procedures were pleasant and quick. Spa is small, but good for bubbling in the water for a couple of hours. There is a 5 or 6 different saunas, and the staff sets different aromatic programs (you can see schedule next to the saunas). We got to try the mint sauna, and it was amazing! There are one small slide and one bigger slide. The second one is fun, but still rather short. During breakfast there was a wide variety of food to choose from, and the cafe is big enough to accommodate the guests. Also, the hotel complex has a nice inside yard with the mineral water source. There’s an overall atmosphere of leisure with everyone walking in hotel robes, even outside : D

Комнаты не убирают как следует. Завтраки навального еды как будто последний раз. Сок непонятно из чего состоит. Посуда не всегда чистая. Твёрдая тройка. Вот ресторан на 8 этаже не плохой но по цене для друскининкай очень дорогой-это не Швейцария

Вспоминаю как триллер.Пишу как продолжение к отзыву "Кошмарный номер 310"Речь шла о номере в Гранд СПА Дускниникай 4* .Номер для инвалидов.Единственное что было хорошо-лечебное отделение и его персонал.Они прелесть.И обслуживающий номер девочки горничные. Все остальное это ужас.Начная от старого обшарпаного 310.Регистратура,которая на все жалобы отвечала,что так и нужно(включая неработающий минибар,) и сантехнику и кондишн!И невкусные обеды и ужины.На требование сменить номер даже не почесались.Так до конца там и мучились.И теперь спустя 9 месяцев когда рассказываю кому мне не верят.И реакции на мой отзыв- никакой..И извинений за испорченный отдых тоже нет.Ну и ладно,все равно больше не приедем.
