Perfect location at the corner of the old town, friendly staff, simple but stylish interior, no parking at the hotel, but public long-term spaces nearby. Breakfast rather simple.

Front desk is NOT 24 hr. You don't have 'do not disturb sign'. Breakfast Buffet is overpriced.

Located in the heart of the old city with easy walking distance to everything that I wanted to see and do. Only had one problem and they fixed it in just a few hours: the bed was low and with my bad back I had trouble getting up but they raised the bed and it was great.

Visited for 3 nights this week with my Mum for the Christmas markets. Hotel is very accessible via tram and easy to find. Lovely location, very central. Clean and tidy with kitchenettes on every floor with fridges, sinks, cutlery etc. It’s not extravagant but for the price, it’s perfect. Very nice early morning views into the gallery from the third floor.

The staff was very friendly and the place was convenient. It was on the edge of the old walking area, so it was close to everything you'd want to see, but also far enough that it was quiet in the evening and you didn't have the noise from cafes in the area.
