"The hotel is right next to Dover Castle. As soon as you step out, you can see the White Cliffs. It was incredibly windy and cold, probably because it's winter. The hotel itself is very elegant."

"The room is in a good location, and I can see the white cliffs directly from my room The service is ridiculously bad. I checked my bag in on the first day, and then on the second day I asked the front desk if they could help me check out. They directly said: you are not our guest anymore😅😅😅. It means that I can't check in after checking out. I really think it's ridiculous. The service of the chain hotels I know is generally beyond expectations"
