Great hotel. Beautiful views.Just in the middle of nowhere so make sure you bring snacks or food because no one will deliver to you because of the remote location. The pool closes at 7 which was disappointing an the restaurant closed at 8 an it said it would close at 10 so we were quite disappointed we got dressed and went to restaurant at 730 only to find out they clos ed in 30mins. But other than those small incoviences very beautiful hotel. Great staff an a good breakfast buffet 😊 would definently stay again.

First night upon arrival the toilet was leaking. Took two days to fix it. Was promised room change but never happened. Front room tv was broke told them twice a day each day and it never got fixed.
Dining the workers have bad attitudes and poor customer service except one lady forgot to get her name. If you’re dining in don’t expect them to greet you or bring your drinks and food to your table. Other than that nice resort, pricey and needs updating.

I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. Upon my late arrival, I encountered numerous issues, including a musty odor, outdated furnishings, and rusty fixtures in the room. The lack of proper ventilation led to moisture problems, attracting small mosquitos. Additionally, the carpet near the bathroom was soaked. Despite being moved to another room, similar problems persisted. Breakfast was not great either. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 10, with the only positive aspect being the pool. Significant upgrades are necessary to enhance the guest experience and justify the price. My stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

It’s a little far away from a lot of attractions in Puerto Rico (my partner and I took an hour-long Uber pretty much every day) and not walkable to a ton. BUT the private beach and pool area is really cool and very big! (We were fans of the jacuzzi!)
The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the daily happy hour reception is a great time. Clean rooms and great views. If you want a visit to Puerto Rico and a homey resort to stick around, this is a great option!

My family and I, children aged 4 and 11, had a really nice time at the resort. My children loved the pool and the beach area. Our room was nice but a few upgrades are needed. The sliding door was very hard to open. Also would have liked more information on what the hotel offers and polices. There was no information about room service in our room. The happy hour is a plus and the breakfast was good. We dined at the restaurant and ordered room service. Every time the food was really good. The NY steak was delicious. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Lots of smiles in that hotel. We would stay at the hotel again.

Perfect family vacation stay at this Embassy Suite location on Dorado beach. Good number of dinning options, kid friendly, would recommend and definitely visit again.

This place was very nice. From the positive side the staff was absolutely incredible. I would argue some of the best staff at a hotel I've ever been to. From the bar tender, to the hostess at the in hotel restaurant, to the front desk every single person went out of their way to make us comfortable. As for the hotel the main lobby is beautiful with the water feature and glass elevators. The room was a little dated. Very clean and maintained well just stylistically a little dated. The pool area was fantastic. The only negative thing I could even try and say was the public beach that the resort sits on isn't the best. It still is very nice but some of the other beaches in PR are much nicer. (this is not the resorts fault as it is a public beach) I will stay here again for sure.
