Love the food choices and park scenary. This location offers convenient access to Shenzhen city via the Humen High-Speed Rail
which is 1 MTR statiOn away. The front desk and cleaning staff are exceptional, eager to assist and meet any needs to the best of their ability. I look forward to visiting again.

Overall feel of the hotel is positive. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for the money spend, would love to come back again when I am in China.

A large beautiful hotel. Perhaps not new and not super modern, but maintains a high level of service. Excellent restaurant downstairs, attentive staff. The pool and gym are a little tired, but probably because they are not very popular.

We arrived at the reception and immediately the front desk manager started talking to the receptionist why he was sitting on the floor (good question) he was changing printer cartridges. We got checked in and started to find our way to the room. Not so easy as the hotel is big. We find out way and the room. An upgrade was offered at the front desk. The room was big and clean with a good view
As the hotel was fully booked, we could not use the Western Food Restaurant, instead we got a table at the Chinese restaurant. The food was not very good, and the service was slow and price was high.
Next morning at 9:15 we went for the breakfast buffet only to find out that most food was already gone and was not being replenished. A lousy experience to be honest.
For the room I recommend the hotel for the food I give 0 to 1 star

The toilet flush didn't work well when I took the room n the receptionist was very helpful. I got a change to another room in half an hour.
The room is very big n comfortable. I especially like the design of the night light n the light at the entrance. When we leave the room n take out the key, the entrance light is turned on automatically. I haven't experienced this kind of customers-oriented design elsewhere in the world.
Besides, the staff were helpfu, the gym was out of expectations nice n big n with enough facilities. The service at the footcare center was wonderful too.
I wanted to compliment the honesty and integrity of their staff too. My daughter totally forgot her iPhone charger after we checked out. Their staff initially called me and arranged our pick-up.
