I didn’t know Dongguan had natural hot springs and such a beautiful park — I was genuinely impressed. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Mr. 任之琛 (Eleven), who arranged everything for us and was always available to assist

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the rooms are spacious, and the hot spring facilities are well maintained. We had a great time renting a boat and playing tennis. A special thank you to 任之琛 (Eleven) for making our weekend truly memorable. He was incredibly helpful and considerate with all our requests, and he definitely elevated our experience.

The service in the hotel is very good. polite staff especially manager Sonu Singh attentive, caring, polite. Room is big, clean, everything is needed. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

This place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

Excellent place to visit for a relaxing getaway which is also near to town. Lots of beautiful scenery, nice hot springs and great children’s amenities. Staff will also add your WeChat and send you details of different activities going on and help with room service etc. a wonderful trip experience. Will surely go again!

Amenities The remote control doesn’t work well, need to press many times to turn on and off (for both TV’s) Hair dryer doesn’t work The bed for the 3rd traveler is hardly a sleepable bed so I had to pay extra few hundred dollars to add a decent additional bed Location of ******* locker ******* delivery is so popular nowadays, even if you don’t want your guests to order, they don’t need to set the collection locker that far away. Plus their security guards are not very good at giving instructions on how to find where the locker is (quite an adventure finding it). Took me 30 minutes in total (walking plus finding it). Service They have an “automated kiosk” but it’s very difficult to use, many technical barriers, and the assistant manager who gave me his number for service was off that night so can’t help. Then why offer me a number to reach for help?

Overall everything is good. Room a bit smell. Water Park and spa are nice. Staff are very nice.

Rooms are clean, toiletries available, complimentary fruits and water. Breakfast is good. The only missing thing is more chairs around the pool area to leave your belongings and lie down.

Goodview hotel in Tangxia was an outstanding experience. I traveled there with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time. There were so many pools hot springs and activities (kids pool, waterslides), That we were exhausted by the third day there. The breakfast buffet was gteat, and if you can't find something you like, ask. They have just about everything! The dinner buffet is great as well. It's busy, so get there early! Again, lots of good food, and the grill is always cooking steaks, ribs, oysters, sausages, you name it. I can't wait for my next trip there, and a shout out to Sonu Singh for greeting us on arrival, and making sure our experience was a very positive one.

Our family was in this hotel for the first time. At the reception desk, we were greeted by friendly and caring staff who work with foreign guests. The check-in was quick and we were provided with a room for parents and a room for children nearby on the same floor. All our issues were handled by the very caring Sonu Singh. Special thanks.
