Ulasan Grand Legacy Hotel Doha

I booked this hotel for 10 days and called them a day prior to my check in time, but when I got there I was told my room is not ready. I made them understand I came with my wife and she’s in the can with our luggage so if they could help and all they told me was I should wait at them reception for them to prepare my room while’s checkin time was already past. I waited for close to an hour so I had to cancel my reservation and book another hotel and they charged me for a day.

The service was good. The cleaners was good. The room was huge and it was a great experience.

Excellent service

We were transiting through Doha to go to this hotel. The hotel has a great location, complete facilities, comfortable mattresses, clean bathrooms. We stayed on the sixth floor, which was quite good. Especially because of the language problem, we had a small episode when checking in. We contacted Ctrip immediately, and Ctrip solved the problem within five minutes. Although there was a small story, we still have to thank Ctrip. They quickly solved the problem and had a pleasant stay. We believe in hotels booked on Ctrip. If you go to Doha, I still recommend this hotel, which is cheap and affordable.

Inexpensive, everything you need is there

We booked the hotel for one night because of a long layover. 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. We arrived after midnight. 24-hour reception. We were checked in in 10 minutes. I would say it is 3*, not 4. At the same time, the room was clean, comfortable mattresses and blankets. The bathroom has everything: shampoo, conditioner and other accessories. We had an early check-out, before breakfast. The receptionist helped call a taxi

This is our second stopover in Doha, we previously booked Premier Inn for the same price, but the Grand Legacy rooms are much more spacious and newer. Everything is amazing: from bed linen to appliances: two large TVs, super soft supply and exhaust ventilation. The location is 500 meters from the National Museum, a little further within walking distance of the Souk Waqif. On the 9th floor there is a swimming pool and a gym. There is everything except robes. For early check-in you have to pay an additional 82 reais.
