入住很絲滑，前台工作人員服務態度很好，房間非常大，看城市景觀很美。設施還可以，對得起悦榕莊這個品牌。

設施：設施很完備，酒店配套齊全 衞生：衞生條件比較好 服務：工作人員服務態度好，還給我們升了房型，臨走時送了小禮物。

房間很大，裝修檔次很高，很有藝術氣息，床很舒服！

One of the best hotels in Doha! Team is great, the room is amazing with stunning city view. All the employees are incredible, very friendly and attentive, but special thanks to Bibin. Such a professional! In short, I enjoyed every bit of my stay, will definitely come back soon!

This hotel in fact not behave like hotel, in 1 year advance we booked summary over 2 months stay in atractive price 525 QAR (arround 130 euro ) per night with breakfast i can say that this price was avaliable for over half year at accor website ( one confirmation i added) but for not satisfacted for hotel price , at begining hotel just cancel my reservations with no reason , later for 15 months they lie to me about back this reservations , by the way they not back them , but regullary they asked about payment for reservation which one they never send , especially that oryginal reservations clearly say - payment in hotel. hard to count how many times hotel lie to us , especialy biggest liars hotel employers Sajith.THANDASSERY and Karan.Mehta - first one writing to me never use Mr or other polite names, but shows his rude behavior . over 10 years we are platinum and diamond members but we never meet in and hotel so many arrogant , lies and rabble. we was asking about contact with GM - he never write to us, eaven he personally invited us to visit this hotel when we was spending my 40 birthday in banyan tree cabo marques - where he was GM. one year later we make booking for birthday banyan tree doha - but as was showed stay sther was not possible, we had never been in Doha before , we wanted to see this country but if hotel behave like that - it have nothing in common with famous Arab hospitality., and we will not risk to visit country where hotel with impunity can behave like that,last lie was that , that when i was forced to cancel reservations and we choose Raffles in China , hotel send us a message that they will change dates for us - and when afer canceling reservations i asked for which dates they can change it - answer was thay thay can change dates but priced will be 800 QAR - they proof that for 15 months they just wanted to force us to cancel our reservations .down i plase one of confirmation : Your reservation is confirmed. I would highly recommend my dear Amal for the good hospitality, she’s very professional and respectful bravo for the service customer assistance, very pleasant experience The staff at the hotel was fantastic; particularly Anas and Amal, were exceptionally helpful, and the welcome drinks were great. The lunch was superb also and thanks to the guest experience staff for the recommendation, it is a perfect spot to celebrate a birthday.
