Room is somewhat dusty and lights in the bathroom flashing. House keepers and staff are very friendly and professional. Valet parking is good. Breakfast was disappointing with staff working there being miserable and not knowing what’s going on, except the one that looked like the manager. Will come back but wouldn’t bother with the breakfast buffet.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities.
