Food is good, but hospitality not good, for some reason internal telephone is not working. Also payment has to done in advance before you get into room, so that there is a full leverage gained from hotel staff side. For example, when requested to fix wifi for the 1st floor, they said they have requested the wifi provider to come, also requested if possible to give a room in 2nd floor, they denied saying it is full. I informed the staff that I will need to work today and he said they does not give gurantee about wifi, however i chose this place because they said that they had wifi. My mistake I did not double check. Not a good behaviour.
