long story. 最後一晚突然下大雨，整個房間地上都是雨水，我們所有放地上的東西全部濕掉，電吹風差1釐米就泡在水裡了。
然後酒店怎麼處理的呢？ 除了一句無關痛癢的I’m so sorry to hear that 之外沒有任何措施。在我們要求下説店內消費給個九折????
説實話這點補償還不如不給，便宜幾十塊人民幣還當施捨了
酒店環境沒得説，非常美，但這最後一晚的經歷實在太糟糕，不會再次選擇。

酒店很美，應該是斯瓦西里風格的酒店，雖然我也不知道斯瓦西里是什麼風格🤭。酒店裡餐廳，小商店也有好幾家。還有spa 館，環境，景色，吃的都不錯。值得推薦。。出酒店門對面還有家樂福，很方便。在酒店還可以報團出海去看海豚🐬

1.房間裝修風格是阿拉伯式的，整體很乾凈很舒適。
2.沙灘是酒店私人沙灘，有工作人員一直在清理沖上來的海草，而且沒有推銷的，整體感受很好。
3.酒店自助餐和點餐的味道都不錯，覆蓋了歐亞餐品

The staff was very responsive to any concerns we presented regarding our stay and made corrections immediately. The food service was excellent and so was the quality. The property is set in an authentic swahili design with plenty of space per guest in all settings, providing an air of privacy.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and no pictures could do it justice - from the large rooms to the public spaces, to the beach and spa. They've thought of everything. The food was delicious with lots of different options. The staff were gracious, very friendly and helpful. We never wanted to leave the beach and the beach bar, but all the other options were amazing too. I look forward to going back.

I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in, the photos don't do it justice. On top of that, everything has been thought through, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food was great and so was the beach. At thebtop of my list to return to.
