The hotel staff are very couteous and welcoming, and everyone smiles and greets me. A front desk manager booked the hotel car to send me to the currency exchange, and the car waited for me to bring me back. I only requested for information and instructions to go to the currency exchange. The front desk manager who checked me in remembered me and greeted me when he saw me a few days later. It was great hospitality and being welcomed. A home away from home.

All the staff are quite friendly and they always give me big hospitality. However, only one thing I disappoint is that housekeepers are unpredictably coming and it makes me stressful, eg one day in the morning and another day is at 2:00pm or even 4:00pm.

Just home from another stay at Lakeshore. Highlights are the staff who always provide an excellent level of service, day and night, the great range of tasty food and drinks served in the restaurant and Kona cafe, the quiet, dark and comfortable rooms and the gym and rooftop pool.

I stayed at Lakeshore Hotel during the student quota riots and the hotel staff were incredible. They took me to the airport and communicated with my office in London to confirm I’d arrived when WiFi and mobile data was down. Staff had to work double and triple shifts through this time and they were always professional, helpful and hardworking throughout. The hotels rooms are quiet, comfortable and dark. The food in the hotel restaurant and Kona Cafe was very good with a good range. I will stay there whenever I’m in Dhaka.

Cannot say enough good things about my stay. During such an uncertain time in the country, the staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. Clean. I look forward to my next stay here at Lakeshore.

Every time I stay there the pillows smell bad so I use bath towels as pillows in stead. The sheets are clean and hygienic. I hope the hotel can wash the pillows regularly, especially because this country is so humid. Otherwise, the cleaning staff are always pleasant and very fast with their work and I'm happy with that.

Absolutely top notch service, through and through. Food, fitness, and all other services - it really was excellent. I was in Dhaka for a business trip and the hotel really made the experience that much more special. Kudos to all the staff. Thanks biraz & tohid

I had an amazing experience at this place. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly specially biraz , and the food was outstanding! We enjoyed a delightful early morning breakfast that offered a wide variety of dishes from different parts of the world. We visited to experience the local culture and spices, and we were welcomed warmly with open arms and smiles. The atmosphere was inviting and made us feel right at home. Every dish we tried was delicious, reflecting the rich culinary traditions of the area. The staff biraz guide out my way to ensure i had everything needed and made my visit truly memorable. Whether you are looking for a good meal or a place to relax and enjoy the local hospitality, this place is a fantastic choice. I left with full stomachs and happy hearts, grateful for the wonderful time we had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy more of what this amazing place has to offer.

One of the most amazing hotel experiences, extremely well trained staff, they make you feel at home, I return every 5-6 months, staff recognize (right from gate guard to restaurant to front office to sales manager), rooms are super clean. Conveniently located at the junction of Gulshan and Banani. Strongly recommend to stay here for a good Dhaka experience. Sales manager Shuvo is outstanding.

Great hotel, rooms are large and clean, the staff is very friendly. The Kona Coffee shop in the lobby is excellent place to hang out. Jackson is great barista who makes the best lattee

This is my business trip here but i wondered if you visit lakeshore hotel they will change your experience as a second home. i liked their hospitality, food and accommodations. most of the front desk team are very helpful and hospitalized. Mr.Joy Mr.Touhid and his hole team Mahmud,Afnan,Joty,Biraj,Sumaiya they are special to their way to make your trip and stay make warm and wonderful. I recommend to you stay in lakeshore hotel.

My husband and I stayed here while in town to meet up with some friends and later attend a wedding in Chittagong. Our friends who live in Dhaka recommended the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is within one of the nicer, quieter, more upscale parts of Dhaka. There were a few nice parks nearby and this section of the city had more trees/greenery than other areas. We felt very safe walking around outside our hotel and were able to find lots of nice stores and restaurants nearby. What really stood out was the great customer service and friendly staff. They confirmed with me via email ahead of time our pickup at the airport. The guards outside the hotel would always confirm with us that we had the correct Uber. The front desk answered all of our questions and gave us great advice on where to go, things to do. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh watermelon juice - what a treat! Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The AM breakfast was delicious and had an omelette bar, lots of baked goods, savory rice/curry dishes, fruits, juices and coffee or tea. The Kona cafe in the hotel was great. We had several coffees there and a yummy Korean bowl for lunch one day. The rooftop pool was a nice place to sit and relax and the gym was clean and had modern cardio equipment and weights. I would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone visiting Dhaka who is interested in a quiet, high quality retreat from the chaos of the city. If we return we will definitely stay here again!
