I recently stayed at a hotel and had a quite good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Good for a Bangladesh hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is edible. Complementary airport pickup and drop off are definitely god send. Late check out until 2pm is fine.

立地はとても良い。朝食も日替わりで美味しい。フロントもイイサービスでした。残念なのは調整が効かないシャワーと近隣のカラオケ騒音ですかね。そう言う意味ではリピートは微妙ですね。

衞生：乾淨整齊，我吃得比較素，肉類食品還是很多的，同事一般早上吃的自助早餐是雞肉火腿，三明治，炒麪，芒果汁，菠蘿汁，煎雞蛋，蘋果和香蕉超級美味，晚上的大蝦也是超好吃

직원들은 친절하였으나, 일부의 경우 팁을 요청하는 경우가 있었습니다. 호텔 드랍 픽업은 USD 10으로 과한 부분이 있었습니다. 위치는 공항 근처로 좋았습니다.

Had good stay for two nights - nice room, clean. Pick up from airport was perfect, and had early morning return to airport through hotel as well. Huge breakfast with lots of choices - from donuts and pancakes to butter chicken. Quiet neighborhood, but not much near the hotel if you wanted to venture out. No hot water for shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to the airport but that is where it ended... The lobby was professionally presented, and on arrival the staff appeared to be competent. The room was ok however it had numerous mosquitos in it and smelt as if it had been closed up for a while. The air conditioning was below average and during the evening it stopped working and the room started heating up...after several requests to the reception for assistance I was forced to pack my bag and go to reception to request a new room. Second room had the same issues with mosquitos however the aircon worked so some relief. Breakfast was ok and the transfer to the airport was in a very average vehicle. In my humble opinion this hotel is not a business class hotel. Staff need to understand that they are working to make the customers stay the best they can and simply ignoring requests for urgent attention caused me great consternation.
