I stayed here for couple of days. The bed are very comfortable and room is modern as well. The toilet is spacious enough and they offer free drinks inside the small fridge. Very clean and helpful staff.

For starters the hotel double charged my credit card, and it did not react to my online protests

This June 2023 - 2 night stay was absolutely delightful. The staff was friendly and cordial. The hotel was very quite. The Dormero Hotel was the perfect stay for exploring the Bauhaus in Dessau. There are several great restaurants nearby.
The breakfast buffet was terriffic. I have included photos.

Hotel located in the center of the city; offers a restaurant and free WiFi in the entire hotel. A 10-minute walk takes you to the railway station and town hall. Ideal for a business stay. Car parking available and not expansive. Receptionist kind and helpful. In the room, availbale free drinks from the mini bar. TV is very big anyhow with no so many channel. In-room safe available. Comfortable and large bed. Desk/table is large and useful to work in the room. Also furnitures are good. Anyhow the cleaning of the room is not so good: a lot of points against: broken curtain, dirty dust on carpet, glasses in the bathroom were dirty (!) and night by night no cleaning of the room. No air conditioning in the room. Small and poorly equipped gym. And no water is available, only towels. Excellent and plentiful breakfast: personnel very kind. 5 stars for the personnel. Quality/price just sufficient in relationship to my experience

Good: nice room, good beds, very good breakfast. Bad: rude and unpleasant staff, short in tone, wrong attitude (try a smile!). I was told the hotel was fully booked when I called, minutes after that I booked via internet. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. Drunk people outside the hotel waking you up several times a night. They held rats as pets in the lobby, terrible smell.

Room comfortable enough, but wardrobe door fell off and room safe didn't work despite request. Asked for 2 extra pillows but ignored. Reception desk mostly unmanned. Staff not interested in guests. No sense of welcome or hospitality. Breakfast very basic and unattractive (Hilde's cafe across the street much better). Failed to complete taxi booking. We went to Dessau to visit the Bauhaus and Bauhaus Museum. This hotel is not especially convenient for Bauhaus things, and there are other options.
