It was a very pleasant stay We got a suite for two nights for a great price. The breakfast was especially good- loved the one minute pancake maker!

We were very impressed with the price for a suite. The breakfast was great and staff was helpful and friendly.

All of the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed during our stay. Not only the rooms but the common areas were kept very clean (despite the snow and slush outside). Good hot breakfast options every day.

The hotel was clean and comfy, the breakfast was a couple of cuts above usual fare, on time and hot, but what made my night most exceptional was the staff. Check-in was efficient and welcoming, even fun and the morning desk staff treated me just as warmly. I may well have to research what is in the area so I can stay again to see these wonderful ladies!

Elevators seem to need service pretty scary in there.Cable wifi list half the channels why there and my phones would not hook up to wifi housekeeping was amazing and paulette the hostess was amazing even made me a card for christmas

I had reserved a upgraded king room but had to down size due to the Smoke detector going off every couple minutes

too many people milling around outside. puke next to my car in the morning. front desk was nice but really scattered and unorganized. Breakfast was very good. room was clean. if outdated and oldish.

The room was a bit run down, the bathroom door handle fell off and the other door would not close. It wasn’t too bad though overall

It was nice fir the short stay . Staff was friendly and courteous. My only negative bud that the swimming pool was way too cold to enjoy

I had Encounters with 4 different staff personnel during stay. All were rude. Were unable to find rooms for 3 other parties in my group that had reservations. While waiting at the desk, I observed multiple arguments between staff and guests. There were what appeared to be homeless people that were in and out at the front desk and walking with staff up to rooms. A little strange. They also were arguing with guests. The rooms were clean, nice breakfast. Overall, would not recommend for families.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. But we arrived at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm.

Clean place, cute pool with bar and the staff was friendly.

Came in and our initial room was not cleaned at all. The front desk lady was really kind and comped us a bigger room. The beds however, were really springy and hard. It’s also a bit noisy with thumps and thuds. Overall not the worse place to stay but I wouldn’t book it again.
