I liked the location, that was it. What i didnt like was that it was dirty, the outside was icy where they didn't salt, most of all, i found a bed bug on the mattress. The front desk did refund me, but i can plainly see she knew there was previous complaints on the matter. She did not act surprised when i showed her the video of the bug crawling on the mattress.

Pool was closed; property is extremely run down and in need of renovations. Windows were very old and thin, which made for a very noisy stay. And cold! Lighting was terrible. With some improvements made to the building, I think it will be a very nice establishment! The staff was very professional and courteous.

Furniture in suite i rented was tayyered and worn. Chair had holes in arms with padding showing. There weren't any charging spots in room as well.

The front desk employee was absolutely amazing. She was kind, friendly and helpful. That was the only positive of the entire thing. The rooms were gross, the pool was gross, the hallways were gross. Everything was just absolutely not okay. I was there for 2 hours, had to switch rooms three times because of cleanliness or other issues. And I had to end up leaving because I just couldn't stay in a hotel that was absolutely horrendous.

Our stay was comfortable. Initially we were disappointed because on our arrival the pool was under maintenance. They resolved the issue and made it available. Morning breakfast was great with friendly service.

It has been a really wonderful stay. The staff has been kind and helpful. It's clean and we have felt at home in a way. It's comfortable and quiet with a very satisfying breakfast every morning. I really haven't found anything that I would complain about. We are happy with our stay, thankyou.

You can't beat the price but the room could be updated a little, especially the bathrooms. Towel bar was hanging of the wall, wallpaper was curling off in areas, paint was flaking from the ceiling.

The only issue I saw was the bathroom. There were two bars of soap lying on the top edge of the shower walls, and the non-slip mat in the shower seemed to be covering something that resembled mold...I am pretty sure it wasn't, but it was something unpleasant looking.
