Hotel Teertham, Haridwar

If you are going only for stay in rooms, it is fine. But you will not get any other help like service and food even tea you will not get from there. Hotel is far from hear ki paudi. It wil take 20 min without traffic but due to construction it takes around 1 hour to reach and 1 hour to come back.

Dinner facility was god he treating like we are vip i perfect hotel for staying to to to to much good and best

No service room size is very small the picture shown is different from actual, we order for tea but not served

desk staff was not good in hospitality.. at evening I demanded pakoda and they refused to take order.

Very very very average hotel and the room pricing was also high as per overall hotel standards. No exhaust in wash room or i would say improper poor exhaust. Basic things like curd and ****er were on chargeable basis in breakfast whereas other hotels give complimentary. Ac positioning in rooms was too poor straight in front of us. Complimentary water bottles were only provided once when you check in, the other day they don't give water bottles instead they provide open water in a jar which should not be the case here. Room service staff seemed in a rush most of the time when they were called and kept on banging the door unless you open it whereas when we stayed there, there were no more guest except us then what was the hurry for. Food was ok but not everytime, it was just you were eating an ok food not a good food.

1-when we reach there no one was there at reception, after multiple calls someone came to attend and with unpleasant manner 2-room ac not able to cool the room even in entire night and making too much noise level 3-food was not hot and very few options available in breakfast with almost same charges taken by hotel having multiple options in breakfast
