Booked the queen suite. It was dirty, one side of the drive didn’t work, the hot water in the shower was like warm, the shower head squealed while it was running. The filter in the heat/ac was coated with dust, the curtains were torn and had holes, the window sills were coming apart, the staff vacuumed the hallways after 11p at night. When I checked in I asked several times to not charge my card, I was paying cash upon check out. I was told there would be a $25 deposit hold. I asked again to make sure it wasn’t not the full amount and was reassured only $25. I went to order food later and come to find out my account was overdrawn almost $200 because not only was I charged the $25 fee it was charged with the room price totaling 163 something TWICE. I spoke with a manager and she said oh he’s new and there would have been a $200 deposit to pay cash… yeah… and? But I did receive very unsympathetic sorry that my now over drafted account will be okay in 5-10days. Upon finding out that the shower squealed very annoyingly while on and that the water is luke warm I asked to switch rooms and the guy did not understand what no hot water meant and kept telling me to turn the handle up….. but he’d switch my room in the morning. I’m checking out in the morning. Just got stared at like I was dumb… so not recommended this place what so ever
