Kami ditempatkan di kamar sebelah meskipun tidak memesan satu dan orang-orang di kamar sebelah sangat keras sepanjang malam yang dengan mudah terdengar melalui pintu sebelah yang tipis. Kami diberitahu pada pemesanan bahwa akan ada sarapan tetapi tidak ada. Kolam renangnya oke, tapi tidak terlalu bersih dan tidak ada handuk. Ketika saya meminta lebih banyak handuk, mereka memberi tahu saya tidak. Secara keseluruhan, bukan pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Staf secara keseluruhan bagus, tetapi pelanggan tidak.

This room was awful!! The light was out, dirty windows, dirty old chair, ripped shower curtain, and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Room 316 needs maintenance and cleaning.

Bathroom smelled like armpit. Bed was hard and lumpy. Pollows were miature size and flat. Bedding was old an grey and so were the towles. The I did have a decent breakfast and the room was clean

I checked in on Tuesday, March 12 and on Thursday morning I requested my room to be cleaned. it was not. On Friday morning I once again requested my room to be cleaned, it was not. On Friday evening I once again requested my room to be cleaned, I was given fresh towels and was promised it would be cleaned. Saturday morning as I was leaving for the day, I saw housekeeping down the hall and was SURE my room would be finally cleaned. When I returned Saturday evening my room STILL had not been cleaned and was in the same condition I had left it in the morning. Since each of the desk clerks had written down my room number and promised it would be cleaned, I was extremely disappointed with the service I had been given. My check out date was the 19th so I was committed until then or else I would have left. I had expected much better from this hotel as it is a Radisson

There were several stains on the carpet, marks on the wall. Lamp shades were yellow and the bathroom door didn't lock. Only polite staff was the man at the front desk. Overall, disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel.
