The sink was not draining my husband took a Bobby pin I had and cleaned all this nasty hair out from the drain it was disgusting even took a picture of what came out

This property needs a very urgent facelift - the rooms were filthy, no hot water, doors and everything were so beat up and worn out - looked like a disaster ! Was way too overpriced even for a race weekend ! Absolutely furious and disgusted at this property- wish I had read the reviews first - lessons learned - this place was the worst I have event been to ! Sorry but the staff were doing their best - this message if for the owners. Staff did well and the best they could.

building very run down. currently being renovated. unpleasant odour in room. great shower. fantastic wing place next door. very close to speedway.

No hot water and very dirty. Pool and hot tub out of service and no breakfast as listed. Found a dirty sheet underneath one of the mattresses. Exterior doors not locked which raised a security issue for safety. Pictures online are falsely advertised as the rooms are old dirty and outdated.

The first room was terrible, TV with a hole in the screen, chair, mirror, and the bathdroom door broken. The hall and the room smell terrible. The second room was a better inside.

Do not stay here. To preface: The lady at the front desk was great, she did everything that is her job, was really courteous and did all she could to help me; everything she could do in a sinking ship that is the Baymont by Wyndham. She made my stay as stayable as possible. Checkin was a dated process, signed multiple half printed receipts. I get to my building and the inside is muggy, dirty, and no elevator on the premises - old hotel. Get to my room and it’s hot and muggy, air was off and it was a whole thing getting it to come on. The balcony door wouldn’t lock. There’s a penny and some odd small scraps of metal on the floor, some things were covered in dust, then the TV wouldn’t work. I call and take the remote to the front desk to swap it out, but there isn’t a remote that matches, then we realize the batteries in my remote have corroded and that’s why it’s not working. So I ask for a discount or something because this is really not a good stay. Get a new room, much cleaner! The air was on and the room was ready. Same old beat up decor. There are zero drinking cups on the property, half of the outlets and usb ports in the new room don’t work, but at least we have TV. The “security door” to my new building is a literal piece of plywood that doesn’t require a key car because the “door” can’t fully close. The toilet keeps running every 10 minutes or so, and a few random big bubbling sounds. Lukewarm water only. It’s not worth $50 tops, just stay somewhere else.

We found it very sketchy some doors were broke. We saw random people lurking around didnt feel safe with our daughter there besides that the staff was kind and the beds were comfortable

Very, very tired property. Didn't even have a bedside lamp or light to read by. Worst motel I've stayed at in a long time. I certainly expected better from a Wyndham brand. One of the buildings had two doors that I could not open from inside (and one of them was covered with plywood since the glass had been broken). This was a definite safety issue.

Brittany at the front desk is awesome and needs a raise .. she accommodated my every need and is just the best and the hotel was everything expecting
