"This resort hotel is absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to visit when the irises were in full bloom, with vast stretches of purple petals creating a truly luxurious holiday atmosphere. The hotel's environment is excellent, and the complimentary afternoon tea, breakfast, and mini-bar were all great. For dinner, we opted for the hotel's hot pot, and the beef and fried rice were delicious too! The service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively helped clean our private hot spring tub, provided complimentary tea while we were relaxing in the rice paddies, and even brought me a soothing medical mask, spray, and ice when I had a sun allergy – I was genuinely touched! If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the staff were incredibly busy during the peak weekend, so response times were a bit slow. Also, the pipes burst during our stay, and after they were fixed, the water continued to have sand in it, which was a little unpleasant. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic."

"Staying in the Yuan Qiao Deluxe Family Private Hot Spring Suite at the Tiangong Heyuan Hotel in Dayi was an absolutely fantastic experience! The room comes with one large bed and a sofa bed, offering plenty of space for families. The entire room features smart voice control (just say "Hello Xiaowei") to adjust lights and curtains, and the smart toilet is incredibly convenient. The bathroom boasts a modern, minimalist grey design with large tiled walls and floors, complemented by black fixtures, and the shower includes a niche, giving it a premium feel. The private hot spring tub in the room was the most delightful surprise, with its silky smooth thermal water. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop hot spring and steam room. The bedding is soft, breakfast is plentiful, and complimentary fruit and a minibar are provided. Full marks – highly recommend!"

"Before I even checked in, they added me to a concierge chat group, and any questions I had were answered promptly and proactively. My room was on the third floor, and while there's no elevator, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage. I chose the 270-degree mountain view, and falling asleep to the sound of the stream at night was incredibly relaxing (though it was a bit chilly, the electric blanket and air conditioning kept the room nice and warm). We ordered the hot pot from the guesthouse for dinner, and it was delicious! The free-range chicken hot pot with mushroom soup was more than enough for two people. There was also a concert in the evening, and the singer was fantastic! There are two friendly dogs in the courtyard, a golden retriever and a small white dog, both very affectionate. There's also a super cute cat at the front desk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back!"

The kids had a great time soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the view and listening to music. 4. The service was excellent and very welcoming. The owner even took the kids to see the kittens and fish, and shared snacks with them, haha. 5. Breakfast was optional, but since we were going to the snow mountain early the next day, the owner packed it for us – so thoughtful! 6. I especially loved the small balcony in the room!"

"I stayed two nights in a row. The pictures on Ctrip looked amazing, but the reality was worse than a guesthouse. The environment was old, there were few guests, and the whole building was dark. I wanted to soak in the hot springs before visiting Xiling Snow Mountain, but they told me that children had to pay an extra 50 yuan. After paying, I found out there were only five pools, but only two were open due to the low number of people. Water guns and other water activities were not allowed, and the security guard just told us to soak quietly. Because I stayed two nights in a row, the hot springs were even more ridiculous on the second day – only one was open. Finally, regarding breakfast, the first day there were several options to choose from, such as fried rice, cauliflower, eggs, and steamed buns. The second day was absurd; there was nothing at all. When they saw we wanted breakfast, they simply said they would cook us a bowl of vegetarian noodles and give each of us an egg, and that was it. It was truly outrageous. The tableware was also extremely unclean. This was definitely the worst experience I've had in my over ten years of booking accommodations on Ctrip."

The whole house felt uninhabited for too long. There was a smell. The whole house was extremely humid and felt like the quilt was wet. It was humid, and my family all caught a cold when they woke up the next day; overall it was like a group of villas built in the suburbs, with few people, very quiet, and a lot of mosquitoes. Generally speaking, for this kind of non-standard B&B, it depends on the owner’s philosophy."
