Beutiful hotel lobby area superbly done up for xmass .very coloyrfull Also spotlesly clean hotel feiendly staff. And the food breakfast buffet was awesome

recently stayed at the Royal Mandaya Hotel during my visit to Davao, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel has a central location, making it convenient for exploring the city’s attractions, dining spots, and shopping centers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a good selection of local and international dishes. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel has already seen its best days but the price value ratio is very good. It is nicely located , but it will require renovation at some point. It is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. 5 stars for the staff 3+ stars for the place … a little renovation and it will take off again.

The hotel is a very old one. The style is good, but I think the maintenance no, and it need more update and improvements. The sheet is no clean I call them to change twice because the sheet was not clean enough.

Excellent, is how i would describe this hotel. It is listed as a 3 star hotel but easily is on par with the 4 star hotels i stayed at here in Davao. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel and it was nothing special but the food was good. The only thing i can complain about was that the drain plug for the bath was missing but that is hardly any reason to complain.
