Very good quality for a 3 star hotel - better than some 4 star I’ve stayed in. Central location and helpful staff. Very clean and decent sized room. Bathroom very good quality and air con efficient. Nice to have fridge in room and outside terrace nice addition. Would definetly stay here again.

Great, centrally located near the city center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They kindly communicated with us in English and helped us navigate some transit in addition to letting us store our bags for a bit. The rooms were clean and had all that we needed.

You're in the heart of the city and only 2 min walk to center of the city with all local bus/tram connections. Restaurants/coffee shops are all around the hotel in walking distance as well as a grocery store right next to it. Very quiet.

This Best Western is very well located near center of Darmstadt. Nice breakfast, free lattes and other coffee from machine in lobby. Several decent restaurants, natural food store, and nice bakeries within a couple blocks. But the rooms are small, and the hotel avoids certain services. For example, no one available to help bring bags in or out. Room cleaning only on request, and you have to confirm that they will clean on the day you requested or else they might forget (like they did with us). Finally, there's no clothes cleaning service offered by hotel, or even available in the vicinity. So make sure you don't arrive with lots of clothes that need washing, or you might be forced to just buy new clothing.

Unfortunately it seems, that your expectations of our hotel were more of a 4-star-hotel rather than a 3-star-hotel that we are. This is why we would like to comment on a view of your statements, as we belive they are not projecting the right picture of our hotel. Our rooms are with 24sqm larger than most of the other 3-star-hotels in Germany. Currently most hotels are built with 16-18sqm! The "cloth cleaning service" is usually offered by 4-5 star-hotels, however, just around the corner from our hotel are 2 laundry/dry cleaners which unfortunately are not open on weekends, which is the case all over Germany. Due to enivronmental reasons we ask all our guest upon check in, if the wish to have their rooms cleaned on a daily bases, most hotel chains in europe are working with this system to reduce the impact on the environment. However a "mishap" happended during your stay! As part of a split billing, you were checked out and in again. During this process we lost the cleaning information to your room for which we sincerely apologized and would like to apologize again. We sincerely hope that we were able to clarify the issues you had and want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you.

Have stayed here several times over the past dozen years or so. Would never stay anywhere else. Staff is excellent…front desk, breakfast room, housecleaning. Rooms and public areas always clean and welcoming. Great morning breakfast service by welcoming staff. And great central location to town sites and all transportation. We’ll always return to Best Western, Mitte.

I had a clean spacious room, with a decent sized bathroom (not large, but not cramped either), the hotel is simple but a very good value. The staff were all very friendly, I requested an allergy free room and it was no problem. The location is one block from the pedestrian shopping zone, and a few blocks from the major museums (which are terrific, and not crowded) I was there mostly to visit the architectural gems of Mathildenhöhe, and also the gardens. All were within pleasant walking distance of the hotel. There is an elevator up to the hotel reception, and it is set behind the front street facade, which contributed to a quiet place to stay. There is a no fuss buffet breakfast, and a lounge area if you like. Altogether a good place to stay in Darmstadt.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt mit einem Theater Besuch verbunden. Es lief alles reibungslos. Besonders komfortabel war die integrierte Parkmöglichkeit und die Nähe zum Theater.

Das Best Western Hotel Darmstadt Mitte hat eine sehr gute und zentral Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Was mir sehr gut gefällt ist, dass es in der Lobby eine Kaffeemaschine gibt, an der man sich bedienen darf. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr schmackhaft und bietet eine große Auswahl. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!
