It was a beautiful experience, hospitality is fantastic. Will surely recommend my friends n relatives to come to Sumi queen and stay. What I absolutely loved was the food preparation, it felt like home cooked food. Each and every meal was prepared really well.

We had a great Stay at Hotel Sumitel Queen's Yard Good Ambiance, Rooms are neat and tidy. Good food and Buffet Breakfast and Dinner was Delicious All Staff are very Helpful and Polite . Thanks to whole Restaurant team and special thanks to Restaurant Incharge Mr. Prayan who helped us in Dinner with fulfilling all our needs. We will highly recommend this Hotel 👍

The hotel infrastructure is pretty good. Location wise it is a 10 minute walk from mall road so decent. The hotel restaurant is a good food option. House keeping should be improved. The highlight of the hotel tho is the garden area on the 5th floor. It has well manicured plants, spacious and comfortable seating and an amazing view of the mountains.Mr. Wangchuk and other members of the staff helped us wherever necessary.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel ,which is five minutes walkable distance to the mall road. It's really nice to see tha staffs working so hard for making the us happy all the services were provided very promptly and the food was tasty.mesmerizing view from the hotel terrace and the room that we booked was also with a view.I thank each and every staffs for making our stay comfortable.🙂

The room were so clean and all the amenities were placed in the room.We booked the double room though the rooms were no view room but we enjoyed a lot there their hospitality is very good and the kanchanjunga view from the terrace is mesmerizing.Special thanks to Umesh who were very prompt in the service. Very good experience in this hotel Sumitel queensyard.The hospitality and the ambience of the hotel is very nice the food is of good quality and taste and they are always available for their promt response.We booked a family room and it was very nice room spacious and you can see the view from the room as well.
