I booked my ac room in hotel for stay for one night after arriving of hotel they said me you have booked non ac room pay extra 400 for ac room i asked them sir i have booked and booked by checking amenities on site and i have booked i want refund if i didn't get ac room they said that also asked me pay 400 at hotel

Location was nice, silent locality as well as area with good transport connection. The hotel rooms were pretty clean but there was lot of 'paan spit' marking on the wall which was disgusting. They doesn't provide basic amenities like cup, glass or a plate in the room. Soap and shampoo provided by them was of worst quality (clinic plus shampoo 1pc, and a small toilet soap. Overall if the room costs around1000 to 1200 per day, it'll be a satisfactory stay. But 2500inr is too costly and it doesn't provide amenities according to its cost.

Room was clean but the washroom area was very busy. The towel was torn. Complementary breakfast was not good.

Very comfortable peaceful neat and clean good behaviour of staff food quality is good good service easy to find the hotel location staffs are very co operative

best hotel at this price manager well behaved as well staff good location at hill cart road recomend hotel for you all go for it👌

Very poor service, staffs were drunk, poor network, chef was on leave so kitchen was closed, not even we get tea in the morning.

there is no power back up no ac room where as many hotels have ac room with in 1500. room service is very poor. managers behaviour is not good. just not looking as hotel it looks as home

Location is good👍 food is ok But rooms are neat and clean feeling freshy as good as our home Staff is also good

The hotel was terrible. Food was so average and staff was not cooperating for services or response.
