"The am desk person was totally non caring about the issues I had; said I should have come to the desk to get cups and kleenex; very late when I noticed, said this password always worked; basically not his problem! 1] no cups in the room 2] no kleenex in the room 3] no phone in the room 4] no clock in the room 5] wifi password did not work"

"Stayed overnight on 7/25/2026. I enjoyed my stay. The male front desk attendant was helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is spotless. It is a new hotel that opened in June 2026. It definitely spells clean and like new construction. I had a 2 Queen bed room. Quite spacious. Immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and nice. The tv has YouTube, casting, Netflix, etc. that was a plus. Sign up for their rewards and u get free WiFi. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side but it was fine for me. The water pressure in the shower was really good. They have free breakfast every morning. Weekdays till 9am. Weekends till 10. They have laundry facilities and a small exercise room. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back. I hope they continue to keep the property pristine."

"During my 2-day stay, I stood in ankle deep, dirty water every time I showered before the water drained too slow. It was gross! I’ve stayed there before and had the same problem, but not this bad. Also, the carpet in my room was very dirty and stained, long overdue a deep cleaning. It was gross too! Plus, the bathrooms are too small and the two small sinks configuration don’t really work for me… one small sink inside the bathroom and one small sink outside the bathroom). Remodeling is recommended for all rooms to enlarge small bathrooms and correct the two small sinks configuration. That way, one or two normal size sinks can be inside the bathroom."

"The service was terrible. I accidentally booked the wrong address, and when I changed the address and requested to cancel the booking, they wouldn't give me a refund."

"I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Roger the GM, and I must admit I wish we had more people like him! The compassion, respect, and overall care he has for his staff and people is unmatched! He has never met me before today but made me feel so welcomed. I wanna say "THANK YOU" for going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Continue to be you."
