The surrounding restaurants were also quite good, and it was close to the train station and the Yalu River. Delicious food, beautiful scenery, and a comfortable and clean stay – it was truly a wonderful trip!"

When I arrived the door and windows were wide open as the smell was that strong. The floor was very dirty. There were blood stains on the bed sheets. They didn’t provide any drinking water . The shower gel in the shower was empty so I had to wash my body with shampoo. The public areas of the hotel are messy and untidy. There was no one around at reception whenever I passed through. The location is far from the train station but near the broken bridge."

"It's hard to rate the hotel because the city is simple compared to others in China. My friend and I went for a weekend trip from Dalian to see the Great Wall of China. We planned to spend one day in Fengcheng, a city on Phoenix Mountain, but circumstances dictated that we stayed in Dandong for the weekend. P.S. We had nothing else to do there for two days except see the wall. About the hotel: We looked for a cheap ticket near the train station and found this one. Overall, the hotel is good, with decent rooms. We looked for a cheap one. Ours said "possible window." The window was in the bathroom overlooking the wall (5th floor). Maybe that's why the room was so humid. Air conditioning, towels, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a hairdryer were provided. There was no hair conditioner. The shower was huge, the exhaust fan worked, the bed was large, and there were hangers. Since we weren't expecting a suite for that price, the room was generally okay. But we've stayed in better rooms. We took a ¥100 deposit, which we returned before checkout. The girls at reception were nice and let us leave our backpacks after checkout. We stayed on the first floor. There's water from the cooler. The city itself is a bit pricey, so we had lunch and dinner at a cafe on the next corner. There's a luckin coffee nearby. Overall, we recommend it."
