The rooms are cleaned and big enough to live comfortably. Furniture is a bit “old style” but in good condition. Amenities and facilities are in good condition. Service at reception is excellent.

Beautiful places with amazing customer service they even speak English if your Chinese is not that good. People are helpful too 10 on 10 highly recommend

very convenient location in the heart of New Development area of Dalian. Quite a selection of restaurants and bars that are walking distance around the Hotel. Will be happy to stay at East Hotel again.

Location is good,.central of Kaifaqu area, 2 min walking to '5 color city' (restaurants , bars, area) Room was tied and clean. 5 min walking to train station, and 15 min to shoping mall (if you like go to cinema or shopping).

很舒適的體驗，點贊👍 十點多到給辦理入住，還給升級，放進乾淨整潔，雖然設施是有些年代的，但是服務和維護都做到最好👍

給我免費升級了房間呢。真好。開發區這裏比較方便的酒店了。服務設施都不錯。對面有好多日式餐廳和酒吧。再往裡麪點，是燒烤一條街。附近娛樂餐飲還是很豐富的。

一如既往地不錯，酒店很安靜，早餐也不錯，鹼水面配的雞湯真心不錯，有個小瑕疵，就是房間的熱空調效能不太好，不是太熱，酒店需要稍微關注一下。

酒店真的非常棒，性價比高、房間乾淨、早餐豐富，特別是服務特別貼心，帶孩子去早餐，過了正常時間點，非常暖心的幫忙打包了一些餐點，而且周圍吃飯的地方很多、很方便！強烈推薦！

東方大廈的服務在開發區是一流的 每次都來住：服務熱情周到，被子枕頭都特別舒服，尤其被子真是太舒服了，房間大小也特別合適，早餐太讚了！每天都期待地下去吃早餐的各式小菜，現做的湯麪，小米粥，南瓜或地瓜，咖啡機做的現磨咖啡香噴噴的太喜歡了！現在開發區就是東方大廈最好了，外面有停車場，不是直接在大街上，停車，出入感覺特別方便！總之，贊👍
