The good: great location, next door to two malls, lots of good food options nearby, free laundry and dryer on-site, and there's also a small gym The bad: Security: there are two sets of elevators, only one set of elevators require keycard to access the hotel floors, the other set of elevators do NOT require keycard, a rando on the street can walk in and access the hotel floors anytime of the day Smoking: despite the no smoking signs inside the hotel room, the hotel is full of cigarette smell, even the hotel staff smoke on the hotel lobby floor (the night staff does anyways) Shower: bathroom and shower is separated from the rest of the room by frosted glass, so if you are traveling with friends and/or family, they will see the silhouette of your body when you are showering, and I mean they will see everything, so do not stay here if you are traveling with family and friends

We apologize for the smoking issue. The hotel strictly implements the no-smoking policy, has reiterated training for all employees, and added no-smoking signs. We will increase supervision to prevent such incidents from happening again. Regarding the feedback on the privacy of the shower room, we have recorded your suggestions and plan to optimize the bathroom partition design when upgrading the guest rooms. At present, family travelers can be given priority to arrange rooms with physical partitions. Please feel free to contact the front desk for coordination. Thank you again for your frank suggestions. Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get around, and everything just went really smoothly. Would totally stay here again!

We loved our stay there. It's convenient to go around the city on public transport. We had early check-in and late check-out. The staff were very helpful when approached.

I booked the honeymoon suite for myself just for the bathtub and it was worth it. Location quite central for getting around downtown Dalian.

Very nice to stay together with family. Very spacious and have 2 single bed and 1 king size bed. Will stay here again. Thumb up.

Great location! The subway is easily accessible, it’s right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. There are multiple range of restaurants around. The Pavilion mall is right across the hotel and there are other malls around. The rooms are perfect for friends, families and other travellers. Nice ventilation and good breakfast options. There’s also a shop right at the entrance of the building (which is a plus). Overall, it’s a good place to stay!
