Ulasan Dali Gucheng Xinmu Homestay

Cozy and tidy appartment. The owner is very friendly and everything was perfect. Scooter rent nearby, 60 RMB for 300 km seemed like a pretty good deal!

It’s a great location for visiting all of Dali. The guesthouse owner is very friendly and helpful. And there are cute pets, a shiba and 2 cats. The room was a bit chilly in winter but the heating works well. I’d recommend!

Perfect location on the edge of Dali ancient town. Room matched the photos. Bathroom had a smart toilet and there were free water bottles restocked daily, which was nice. Only issue is that the AC didn’t heat the room very well, so it was difficult to feel warm in the bed at night as the sheets were a little cold. Maybe if the bed is moved to below the AC, it will be more comfortable as the temperature continues to drop. Service was friendly and always greeted me in the morning when I left and again when I returned. They also offered a free upgrade to a larger room with a bathtub and nicer view, however, I declined because I preferred the smaller room with a balcony :)

The location is very near to the main road, but unfortunately there were construction road when we were there. At first, the hotel looks like an ordinary one from the outside. But inside everything is nice and beautifully decorated. The room is very spacious, clean, and fully equipped as well. Smart heated toilet, TV projector, Bath tub, strong water pressure, and big heater which is very helpful for me in October. The extra ordinary was the owner, very friendly and helpful. He helped us a lot with suggestions, helped us to book transport for Lijiang and even took me with his scooter to the pick up point. And he also lent me his scooter for free. Thank you. Will stay here again if I happen to visit Dali again.

Great stay here with a very welcoming hosts. Everything was clean and the stay was enjoyable.

這家民宿真的很推薦，老闆人很不錯的，很熱心，環境也不錯，我們家訂的一個親子房，住了一天，出去玩了一圈小孩子還是要求返回他們家來住，很温馨的感覺！ 衞生：比想象中的好很多 環境：一樓有個小院子，還有一衹可愛的貓咪

地理位置很棒，可以說就是在古城裡面了，老闆超級熱情的，還免費幫我升等了房型，房間也很乾淨很大，而且老闆家還有養可愛的柴柴跟貓咪耶，超級可愛的，要不是還要走之後的旅程，我肯定還要再住幾晚再走的

在大理古城，周圍非常繁華， 房間正對蒼山，和街道，望出去風景很好。 院子也打理得非常精緻，還有兩衹貓，孩子也特別喜歡。

房間乾淨整潔，打掃及時。 位置明確容易找。 老闆特別熱情好客，還在一起喝下午茶。 給出旅遊聯繫，避坑指南，臨結束還借給我們電動車去短途景點打卡。

位置十分好，在古城內，溜達就能到古城主街上。附近餐館很多。淡季出行，小生活很愜意。民宿配有地下車庫。有個小庭院，可以坐着看看魚逗逗貓。房間裏面舒適乾淨，有智能馬桶。老闆人很好，我們開車過來的時候，擔心我們找不到地方，他騎車出來迎我們。

民宿位置很好。我搭公車去的大理古城，下車後走幾分鐘就到。民宿周圍安靜適合休息，但走去繁忙的商業街也很近。老闆很友好，還給免費升級了房間。房間就能看到蒼山和古城小巷，感覺很好。本來打算住一晚，住完決定又續了一晚。
