"Overall, the stay was globally good. The service was professional, and most of the staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the experience. The hotel itself offers a pleasant atmosphere and many qualities expected from a resort of this category. However, the main issue was the presence of cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, it was not just one or two ,almost every night, it was possible to find four to five inside the room. For a resort and especially for a 5-star hotel, this is very difficult to accept, as pest control and hygiene should be a priority and there are effective methods to prevent such situations. I would also mention that, on several occasions, some members of the staff were arguing with each other in front of guests. While this certainly does not represent the entire team, it gives an unprofessional image and can affect the overall guest experience. To conclude, the hotel remains good overall, with quality service and a pleasant environment, but improvements regarding hygiene control and staff professionalism would significantly enhance the experience."

"I want to start by saying that unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to stay over night at Lagoon Energy, but we were lucky enough to take Kite surf lessons, rent equipment, and have lunch there for a large part of our stay in Dakhla. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. A special thanks goes to the entire kite school team — especially to Houssam, who supported us during every lesson and taught us how to ride independently, and to Youssra for organizing our lessons day by day. We can only recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation that combines sport and relax."

"This hotel is new and has potential. The good - food was delicious. It is a set menu every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner - rooms were clean. the woman who cleans does an amazing job - common areas had great wifi. we were able to work and do zoom calls with zero problems - hotel is cute. nice decorations and homey feeling - the service. the hotel staff is very kind and friendly - location is perfect for kite boarding. the main activity here is kiteboarding, wingfoiling, etc What could be better - the walk from the rooms to the bathroom is all sand it is impossible not to get sand in your room after a shower. a stone path or some type of path would be wonderful - the rooms - please install some hooks as it would be useful for wet towels. a mirror in the room would also be wonderful as well as some additional storage space - the food is difficult for anyone who has celiac or does not eat bread. I would have liked a bit larger or portions or a second option for lunch/dinner in case I did not like pasta or whatever was on the menu that day."

"A hotel with European standards, located on the beachfront and just a short walk from the city center, yet in a quiet area with easy parking and close to the best restaurants in town. The reception staff are friendly and competent, speaking English but not Spanish. There's a restaurant with panoramic views on the top floor where breakfast is also served. In short, a place without frills but without surprises: clean, comfortable, and lively. If I returned to Dakhla, I would stay here again."

Dakhla Kitesurf World

"Good value for money, with an interesting view of the lagoon. The spot is well located with easy and direct access to the water. The only downside is the lack of help carrying gear. Despite this, I would return one day, but not as a couple, just on a solo trip."
