The room was neither too big nor too small, the window could not be opened and was also very small, which made the room very damp, and the bed was a bit soft. The room is compact and feels like a board house. It is not very soundproof. Fortunately, there are not many people staying during the election. The windows are closed and cannot be opened. The breakfast is okay, but the breakfast style is basically the same every day.

The Yass hotel is really very well located since it is a stone's throw from the American embassy, ​​and in one of the most beautiful areas of Dakar. The area is also very secure, in addition to the hotel security which cares about each entry and exit of each person. This is my 3rd stay in Dakar and my 3rd stay at the Yass hotel. 2 minutes from the Yass hotel you will find the most popular restaurants in Dakar (Le Cosmo, The Jungle, Chez Fatou, etc.) all with a magnificent setting facing the sea.
