Very nice hotel, i like the beach and sunrise. I can see I can see the sunrise from my room balcony. The hotel breakfast has many variety of foods. Staff very polite and helpful.

This resort is just perfect! They have a private beach and you can just spend you whole day at the beach club. Their food is also amazing. We had the club access and the pho there blown my mind away (didn’t expect that was sooooo tasty). We also played golf, tennis, and beach volleyball. My boyfriend and I had a really good time here.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my experience during a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While the overall ambiance of the resort is pleasant, there are a few areas that I believe require attention to enhance the guest experience. The room facilities appeared outdated, which slightly detracted from the comfort we expected. On the second night, my husband and I experienced skin irritation while sleeping, which we initially thought was due to excessive sun exposure or dry skin. After showering and applying moisturizer, the itching persisted upon returning to bed. This occurred around 3 AM, and to avoid further disturbance, we used bathroom towels as bedding. The next morning, we noticed no further irritation, strongly suggesting an issue with the bed linens or bedding. Additionally, we observed visible stains on the pillows and some marks on the fabric sofa in the room, which added to our concerns about cleanliness. Regarding dining, we visited two of the three breakfast restaurants. In one, we were seated at a fabric sofa that had noticeable stains from spilled food. I informed the waiter about the unhygienic condition, but with the restaurant being busy and limited seating available, I requested an extra napkin to place under me as a temporary solution. This experience was disappointing, as cleanliness in dining areas is crucial for guest comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe addressing these issues—particularly the cleanliness of bedding and furniture—would greatly improve the guest experience. Ocean view club room has a good view of the sea and pool but I have been to countless club access rooms at many other hotels and this is the first time I encountered club guest only allow to have bf at the club lounge and not at their other breakfast restaurants. Quite disappointed with that. Location wise is not at the main my khe area but not far off. The private beach area is nice and too

Staffs are so nice and helpful. Everytime they will take the grab food for me to my room. Beautiful beach and clean environment.

Just too good, excellent breakfast choices, resort itself is big and fun enough to explore on its own for couple of days, clean private beach, staffs are super friendly, many classes to sign up for free Only downside: ~15mins ride from city center and my khe beach (but it's very easy and affordable to just get a grab)

We had an awesome experience during our stay at Hyatt Danang. The place is so nice, the food is great. Hoping to go visit it again soon.

We got a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom residence when we booked a king bedroom. It's a surprise but also feels weird as we only had to use one bedroom - we suspect because of the wedding happening on the same weekend all the hotel rooms were booked. Although our residence is on the 7th floor (second highest floor) and we did have a sea view, we were farther away from the sea and could see many hotel buildings and the less pleasant parts of the hotel (e.g. trash). The hotel itself is located in the middle of the city, with easy access to a beautiful beach. The waves were chalky so only a few went for a swim - most instead opted for the pool. The inside of the room needs an upgrade. The room uses a storage water heater and it takes time for heated water to go from the heater to the shower. The shower head has watermarks and leaks. The hair dryer falls out of the socket easily because of the cable with it. The TVs don't show high resolution either (seems it's only for televisions in residences - the televisions in the hotel rooms have been upgraded). The room could use some carpets to make it more homey and cozy as well. The room is clean, but I noticed a piece of hair in the toilet seat when I first checked in. There are also boxing gloves and swim fins in the cabinet - are these from a previous guest? Should the hotel clear them from the room before letting new guests in?

The bell staff David is really great and nice. He proactively introduced the facilities and room amenities to us . However the rest of the staff member is not that great especially two front office staff that we encountered and also pool side staff. I understand that the hotel is busying with groups and private events but we are also one of the guest that who paid to visit the hotel. And the room cleanliness is poor . All are moldy . Hope it would get improve . Thank you .

I stayed at the Hyatt Hotel for three nights and four days. This is a five-star property located beautifully by the beach, offering breathtaking natural surroundings. Despite our stay not being during the summer season and the weather being slightly cloudy, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. One of the standout experiences was the Sleepy Massage at the spa. It was exceptional—therapists tailored the massage to focus on areas with pain or tension, which was incredibly thoughtful and added great value to our stay. The hotel’s food offerings were impressive overall. However, there were notable service issues, particularly at the beachside restaurant. The time it took for orders to be delivered was excessively long—30 to 40 minutes for simple items like a smoothie or beer. On one occasion, after waiting 30 minutes for a coffee, we were informed it wasn’t available that day. These delays and miscommunications significantly impacted our experience. Another area needing improvement is staff communication. While the staff was kind and well-meaning, their English proficiency was insufficient, leading to frequent misunderstandings. This is an important area for a hotel of this caliber to address, especially given its international clientele. The rooms, at 42–43 square meters, were spacious and adequate. However, some furnishings, such as curtains and chairs, appeared worn and outdated. For a Hyatt property, this was disappointing. One policy-related issue stood out—staff adhered strictly to hotel rules without considering guest concerns or providing flexible solutions. For instance, instead of prioritizing guest comfort, policies seemed to take precedence, making the experience less relaxing and enjoyable than expected. Lastly, we dined at Le Petite, the hotel’s animation dining restaurant. While the concept was entertaining, the repetitive nature of the animations, applied universally to all menus, made it feel less engaging. Enhancing this experience with tailored or varied animations could elevate it significantly. In summary, while the location, massage services, and food quality met expectations, the service delays, outdated furnishings, language barriers, and inflexible policies detracted from the experience. With improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer a truly five-star stay. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Danang! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Luna at the Regency Club, who gave us a thorough introduction to the resort. Her hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. The Regency Club service was exceptional, with a delicious breakfast offering a wide range of Western, Southeast Asian, and Vietnamese local dishes. The staff there made us feel at home every time we visited, and the atmosphere was always inviting. It’s definitely worth booking a club room for the extra perks and personalized service. Our room was spacious and had stunning views of both the ocean and the pool—perfect for our family to relax and enjoy the scenery. It was more than enough space for all of us, and we truly felt comfortable and at ease. The Kids Club was a highlight for our children! They had so many fun activities to choose from throughout the day, but the DIY cupcake activity was especially memorable. Anh Le, the activity leader, went above and beyond to make each child feel special, and you could tell she has a real talent for working with kids. Our children also had a blast at the mocktail-making activity by the sea. Ruby from the Kids Club helped them get involved and showed them how to make their own mocktails (non-alcoholic, of course!). It was a unique experience that they still talk about. Overall, this has been the best family-friendly resort we’ve ever stayed at. The level of service, the thoughtful activities, and the overall environment made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Resort to any families looking for a top-tier, 5-star experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Great resort for family. Room is comfortable and view from the room is superb. Good spread of breakfast items and tasty. Enjoyed the coconut coffee so much. Great hospitality from Front Desk till Housekeeping in team. Would luv to be back if there is chance.
