Pelayanan complain sangat baik,lokasi sangat strategis dekat dengan pantai,banyak rental motor dekat lokasi,cafe sepanjang pantaindam bisa berenang

Penerimaan efisien.. Upgrade kamar gratis ke Deluxe Twin City karena kamar Standar belum siap

The location of the hotel is good, near the beach, you can walking to the beach only 5 minutes, also the hotel surrounded by mini mart, restaurants, spa. The receptionist are nice people, very helpful and kind

Great staff but the cleaning was not good under the bed is disgusting the floor was dirty and full of hair the towels were dingy but for the price and location I guess it's not worth complaining about. It was no gym and it was no dining facility there's no rooftop.

Would not recommend to anyone. Wasted my money. Moved out of the hotel in less than 30 minutes stay. 1) The door could not be locked at all. Wasn't aware of it after I went back to the room. See the video. Too bad, no uploading feature. 2) There is no hot water at all despite having the heater switched on. 3) The room had a puddle of water. Obviously the housekeeping did not do a good job. It wasn't even from aircon leak. 4) Everything in the hotel and room are aged. Worn out towels and bed sheets.

The room was nice and big. Staff very friendly only issue I had was the room itself was somewhat grimey especially behind the curtains and inside drawers. It wasn't disgusting but still worth keeping in mind. Still would book again being so cheap!

The hotel is suitable for those who are looking for an economical option with a great location. Only 5 minutes to the beach, and there are many cafes and shops around. We were given a more spacious room at no extra charge, which left a pleasant impression. However, you should be prepared for the fact that the decor leaves much to be desired. The furniture is reminiscent of Soviet times, and the room feels tired. Cleaning is done every day, but at a fairly superficial level, so you should be prepared for a little independent effort. The hotel staff is friendly and tries to help guests, and hygiene products and water are provided for everyone every day. If price and location are more important to you than freshness of renovation, this hotel may be a good choice.

Terrible, dirty, smelly, sheets not clean, shower awful.cant sleep there of smell.

It said 4 stars but room are not clean enough. My room did not have tv. It seemed they removed the tv and water boiler was broken. There is no window. I have never experienced hotel like it before. My flight delayed and I changed the date and they updated free of charge. No wonder why. There is no swimming pool as they said on the website. But staff is friendly.
