From the moment we entered the hotel, it was clear that it did not meet the standards of other 4-star hotels in Milan. Here’s why: 1. No luggage handling service – Guests are required to carry their own luggage to their rooms. 2. Non-functional TV – Operating the television was unnecessarily complicated. 3 Inconvenient dining arrangements – Despite advertising a restaurant, breakfast orders must be placed via WhatsApp the night before and are served in a dining hall, not a proper restaurant. 4. Tiny gym – The gym, crammed into the reception area, was too small and uninviting to use. 5. Shower - too crammed to take a proper shower. To top it off, I left behind an expensive perfume in the room and was informed by housekeeping that it hadn’t been found. The receptionist’s unprofessional attitude only added to the disappointment. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before booking this overrated hotel. Milan offers plenty of better alternatives.-

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Milan and the location is perfect, next to the Duomo and the staffs are helpful and friendly.

房間很現代，便利，酒店會用社交軟件事先溝通。酒店距離米蘭大教堂步行3分鐘，出門2分鐘就是拱廊，3分鐘就是地鐵站，位置非常好。晚上一點不吵。

Die Lage kann besser nicht sein

작은 규모의 호텔이지만 직원들이 매우 친절하고 호텔의 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 대성당, 백화점이 호텔 바로 앞에 있고 몬테 나폴레오네 거리도 걸어서 가기에 가깝습니다.

위치도 좋고 사설도 괜찮고 잘지냈어요 :)

Nous avons testé deux types de chambre La chambre classique très sympa j’ai oublié de prendre des photos mais très agréable. Puis le lendemain nous avons décidé de rester une nuit supplémentaire et cette fois-ci nous avons eu une suite avec un jacuzzi dans une grande baignoire, très sympa, Une bouteille de vin à l’arrivée nous attendait dans chacune des chambres. le petit déjeuner est très agréable dans la verrière, tout en haut, avec une jolie terrasse. Vous pouvez choisir ce que vous souhaitez pour le petit déjeuner (voir en photo) c’est très varié avec des très bons pains. Le personnel est très agréable. Il parle très bien anglais très bien français et peut-être d’autres langues. La situation est juste exceptionnel à côté de la cathédrale et de la grande galerie commerciale, magnifique et de la Scala. L’univers. En revanche est très design et peut paraître froid mais c’est très propre. Très bien entretenu est tout nouveau. Donc parfait pour nous nous recommandons fortement.

位置絕佳，走到大教堂3分鐘，樓下就是shopping mall，房間也比較大，在米蘭很難得了，不過也就是因為位置太中心車不能直接開到酒店門口，需要拖着行李走50米左右，酒店很小，大概十幾個房間，根據各人需求選擇吧

位置很好就在米蘭大教堂旁邊。賓館入口比較隱蔽。房間設施比較新，房間很大。
