Ulasan Naman Retreat

The place is right next to the beach with accommodations ranging from from your standard hotel twins room to large pool villas. Services is good with friendly staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner are also good value. The twin room was very spacious with ocean views from both the living room and the bedroom. The Huge bathtub was a bonus. The only part is the lift up to the rooms are small and stuffy. It almost feels like no AC in the lift. A ride from G to Level 6 already got me sweating.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 8.5/10 – All of the staff members are helpful with a huge smile on their faces. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks very new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and with the beautiful ocean view. Facilities: 8.5/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. We experienced an awesome vacation in the 3-room villa! Excellent hotel location just beside the beach and the swimming pool! The room service and equipments of villa pool could be better!

I stayed for 2 nights in Naman Retreat, and it was great time. Room was clean and the pools are well managed. Breakfast also was elegant. All the staffs were kind and especially, I feel special thanks to the staff whose name is Tam. It was check-in when I first met him and he explained all the details about facilities and programs. He kept in touch with me every day and checked any inconveniences or my trip plans. Even after check out, he helped me spend my last time in Danang more meaningful. I was so satisfied. Given a chance, I wish I could visit Naman again.

Very gd place for vacation

I had an emergency court order to show up to court in California on my original flying day. Two days before arriving, I contacted Trip.com to ask them to change the arrival date to one day later. After awhile, trip.com said yes. Then, another message said the hotel decided not to allow me to change my arriving day. Essentially, I will lose one day of my reservation prepaid one day fee of $140+. I arrived on the 2nd day, the hotel kept blaming on Trip.com and Trip.com blame on the hotel for not honoring my change request. Naman looks nice on the web site with nice pictures. The place look like a run down place. To me, the hotel and Trip.com colluded to steal money from customer when they can. $140+/night in Vietnam is a huge sum for lots of Vietnamese. Never again Trip.com and Naman for me.

Totally not worth the value from the first contact with the check in staff, Miss Lye to the hotel room, housekeeping and the worsted is toilet is horrible simply

Watching the sunrise at Naman was unforgettable!! The facilities at Naman Retreat were good. The breakfast spread was varied and diverse. Lunch at Hay Hay restaurant was excellent. Linh served us breakfast and lunch every day. She was attentive and remembered our room number 1504. Impressive considering that there were 500 guests at the hotel during busy morning breakfasts. BBQ dinner by the ocean was Oceantastic!! Fresh seafood, good variety too. In-room dining options for Supper were awesome too. The massages at the spa are certainly the "Best in Vietnam"!! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was well equipped and clean. Naman has certainly been an awesome retreat for myself and my family. We stayed at the retreat all day, without leaving the resort. We will be back again, year after year!!

The place is a dumb. Water shut off middle of the night. The room is dirty with dust.
