The buffet is rich with Chinese and Western food available. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is big.

Kind, helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was very good with many to choose from.

This hotel is conveniently located to lot of eateries therefore one can explore the area eating local Vietnamese food. Overall a positive experience at the hotel. Attached a photo of our room on the 11th floor with a wonderful view.

View from my window. Can take a walk along the river and cross the dragon bridge to night maket. We enjoy walking at evening time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room is very clean and spacious with complete amenities. Plus point for bathtub and bathrobes 👍👍👍.The staff are friendly, very nice and helpful. Their buffet breakfast is cheap but with lots of choices. I am recommending this hotel if ever you visit Danang, Vietnam.

The room was clean, spacious & had a beautiful view of the Han river. You're able to see the dragon bridge from here. Breakfast is not much choices but I think it is ok because there are many local food / coffee cafe nearby. Location I think is ok.. we walked to Lotte shopping mall (~2km). The lobby staff is friendly.

Great service here. Reception guy gave me some excellent recommendations for dinner and the morning reception directed me to a local spot for breakfast! So nice and kind. Porter also very helpful. They let me extend my stay for a little bit whilst I waited for my transfer to arrive. Room and bathroom were huge. Not in the best location as it's a little far from the dragon bridge and my room was at the back of the hotel so not a great view from my room. It's also on a very busy main road with not a lot around but if you walk around the block and down the road there are some shops to get some good food and coffee. If you are using taxi to get around it's ok. 

Friendly staff, the front desk lady provide great care to it customer. She ever hold my wife hand worry she fell while walking down slippery step.

One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, offering a stunning bird’s-eye view of Da Nang’s downtown. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the city’s vibrant energy. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the comfort I needed. The morning breakfast was also a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Big rooms! Kitchen. Living room, 2 bedrooms it like an apartment!! Definitely enough for my big family!! Breakfast is good as well!!

My wife called for the laundry service,all of my wife’s clothes and daughter’s clothes was washed with other colors,making the white clothes to pink clothes.very bad experience.shouldn’t have happened with hotel’s laundry service
