O café da manhã é ótimo, bem como o atendimento do Brady é da moça responsável que, lamentavelmente , não me recordo o nome agora, mas faz falta um bolo para completar o cardapio. Os funcionários da recepção, Mônica, Alfred, Diego são prestativos, educados e disponíveis para solucionar as demandas dos hóspedes. Ele fica próximo a estação de trem e também dos dois prestadores de transporte para Machu Picchu, Inka Rail e Peru Rail, o que facilita muito para embarcar com destino ao Santuario. Para chegar ao centro histórico a pé leva uns 15 a 20 minutos, e de aplicativo uns 5 minutos e o custo é cerca de 12 soles. Tenho somente uma observação para melhoria da hospedagem que seria buscar uma maneira de minimizar o barulho da recepção para os quartos do piso térreo, considerando que na madrugada muitos dos hóspedes saem com destino a Machu Picchu."
