Beautiful place to stay with amazing views of the ocean. Friendly staff and included breakfast was perfect

Amazing view from Room. Very friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast was great. Very clean room. Great location.

Sorry. I didn’t get the service i paid. The room was poorly cleaned. The tools were dusty. Bathroom things were missing. There were no slippers. There was no map inside the hotel. No one said what time breakfast would start.

The worst Father’s Day stay I have had in over 50 years - the television did not work and we paid extra to have a ocean view room but when you look out all you see are high rise buildings and pine trees from the room - if you go out onto the balcony and look to the right there is the ocean - the balcony door lock did not work and was held by a hook and eye staple ( at least that reminded me of my childhood 70 years ago ) - no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee - the bath mat was a hand towel for one foot only so no chance of 4 for Father’s Day celebration - the food was good and the staff helpful and courteous - on checking out I did voice our concerns and was told the manager would be advised.

Great place for a quick getaway. Very central and easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Great views. Clean spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Bit noisy on a Saturday night till about 12am as being in central area. Would definitely stay again.

位置優越，所入住房間向海灘，可見日出美辰。附近有火車站(走路5~7分鐘)，不駕車也可坐火車出Sydney 市中心。酒店周邊有不少吸引之優質食肆。這次入住，令我及女朋友都很满意及難忘。再者酒店地庫的泊車位也充足，不過要收泊車費角天A$30.也算合理。

酒店鄰近沙灘，環境優美。附近多食肆，但酒店內房間比較暗，若果怕黑請不要選擇，因為只有兩盞很少的燈來支撐大廳的光源已向酒店反映，但他們說沒有辦法解決。

位置很好，工作人員很友好，非常非常舒適和放鬆。自助早餐品種不多，但完美且新鮮。

Disappointed that the bar was closed on a Thursday and the condition of the bathroom is tired. Great location to beaches and restaurants. The mini bar in the room was not cold enough for meditation and there was no way to decrease the temperature

I dont know where to begin: booked a room for 3 adults and 2 teenage children (11 and 14 ) 7 months before our stay. We got 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed to share, 1 wardrobe. When we arrived 9 pm our room wasnt ready, they had forgotten to add a rollin bed. Its obvious the hotel had doublebooked and squeezed us into 1 room instead of 2. Its safe to say we wont be coming back to Rydges Cronulla. I wouldnt recomend anyone to stay there.

It is a 2 star hotel with a 4 star price and a 5 star view/location. The room was as basic as it gets not especially clean. No amenities just a place to sleep.

Showing it’s age in a lot of respects and a toilet brush in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

Staff at the property were excellent. Only difficulty with check in was the long delay for the lift from the lower basement carpark and then returning to the carpark after check in to get luggage. This only occurred during check in and the lift was no longer an issue during the rest of the stay.
