Premier Inn Coventry (Binley/A46)

Good stay at this premier inn. Rooms and breakfast as premier inn standard (except bathroom which needs a more powerful extractor fan). Some noisy guests on Saturday night but the other 2 nights were very quiet and comfortable. Room has facilities other hotels in this category dont offer in the room (hairdryer, tea/coffee etc) Monday morning breakfast team Rosie and Caroline really wowed me with their attention to my kids and overall service.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left of a 3 day stay the staff were excellent. From Hayley Kelly and Simon at reception right through to Rose the excelloent cheff who cooked the perfect breakfast ( making sure everything was cooked to our prefference ) nothing seemed too much trouble. Caroline and Jackie were very attentive and added a personal touch by remembering we had stayed before and greeted us like old friends. The whole hotel was spotless and smelt fresh. 1 fly in the ointment was maybe Chantelle on reception she was a tad abrupt and came across as unapproachable no smile no freindly welcome. Suppose we all have bad days. We will definately be back again.

Never had a problem staying here. Staff are welcoming and quick to check in. Kelly on reception was helpful and went above and beyond to help with something I needed help with when booking. The breakfast is amazing and the chef is the most fabulous lady, always jolly and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Arrived about 15mins earlier than check in but was shown straight to my room. The room was massive (think it was a family room) with a very comfortable clean looking double bed pull out bed underneath and a sofa bed in corner of room and a bathroom included (towels supplied) The only drawback i would say to this room would be that the TV was very small. Other than that a really good quality room. The girls on reception were very warm and welcoming and always eager for a chat to see how i was doing at the tournament... they were super lovely and nothing was too much trouble. So thanks to Annette, Julie & Jill (i think... sorry if got names wrong) for making my weekend all the more pleasurable

Having a couple of days with my best friend and my 3 children. We was going to see Bryan Adams. We picked this premier inn as it was about 10 minutes drive to the arena. Everything was amazing from the staff and the rooms. I would stay here again.

Best yhing anout premier inn is you know exactly what you are getting, riendly staff, clean room and the best beds on the planet. Definitely one of the better premier inn's I've stayed at.

Excellent Premier Inn, staff very friendly & helpful... Rooms very clean & fab comfy bed....... Only downside no facilities for evening meal or bar area for snacks

Attended a rugby tournament. Hotel located a 10 minute walk away so ideally placed. As expected basic but clean, bed was comfy room and communal areas appeared clean. Check in and check out straight forward no issues. Breakfast good variety of foods and beverages to choose from. Stay was for one night only no issues noted overall a pleasant budget hotel that served its purpose.

Pretty quiet stay, staff very friendly. Hotel does need some updating but it was the breakfast experience which really made our stay. The chef was incredibly friendly and helpful. Makes a really difference andy a fantastic way to start the day.
