On a sunny day in Cormayeur I stopped to enjoy a coffee with a badly injured knee. The lounge area was an oasis of calm. My coffee was perfectly presented and the staff member was positively charming. He made the best of a difficult, uncomfortable day. Thankyou so much for a lovely coffee break.

This is a fab hotel and I would 100% stay again. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are really spacious. And food is exceptional. 4 course meal every night was amazing including for vegetarian and gluten free. Bar was lovely too and the free post skiing snacks very much appreciated. We went for long skiing weekend. Main Courmayeur cable car was literally 5 mins walk and pedestrianised area of Courmayeur about 30 seconds from hotel. Location excellent. Cant recommend enough and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My stay at this hotel was definitely very satisfied. The staff from the front desk to restaurant and the bar are all so helpful and friendly. I hurt my knee from ski the day before I checked out , the hotel staff provided me extra care and help ( many thanks to the gentleman from the bar for your pain relief cream it helps !) . The room is clean with a lovely balcony and spacious bathroom with strong and hot water , the heating in the room works well too . Not to mention the location is perfect for me as I am a non-driving solo traveller , the hotel is in the middle from the bus station / cable car to the mountain / Main Street with the shops and restaurants so it’s so convenient. Definitely will stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends who is coming to Courmayeur.

Wonderful location around shopping and restaurants. We got the demi-pension and were very impressed with 4 course meals. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Situated a 4 minute walk from the main gondola for skiing access the hotel is more convenient than most in the town. Our room was a nice double with a balcony over the front aspect of the hotel. The room was very clean and it was serviced every day. Additionally all the public areas were spotless and all the staff very professional yet friendly. Help with cases to our room- not frequently offered on skiing holidays I have found. A night Manager was present so reception member of staff was always on hand 24/7 if help was needed and made for an easy check out at 5:45am The restaurant food was excellent and attractively presented. Breakfast offered something for everyone in generous amounts. Evening meal menu likewise but only seemed to offer omelette as vegetarian option and no vegan meals ( we stayed a week ) . I would inquire if that is what you need before booking I expect they could make something else with warning. Despite covid we were able to use the sauna by informally booking a 40 minute slot. The facilities offered were small but adequate- sauna, steam room, showers and basic gym equipment. Boot room was also quite small but most ski hire shops offer storage facilities for a fee.

I am not a review writer, but wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience we had staying at this hotel. We had 2 nights here during our week-long **B hike, and really appreciated the break. The hotel facilities and rooms were very pleasant, but it was the staff that made our visit particularly memorable - specifically the front desk staff who helped with luggage transfer and lots of information about the town, the night audit who set up an early breakfast for us, as well as the very entertaining and lovely gentleman at the bar - they were all so kind and helpful, and are a big asset to this hotel! We have passed on our thanks to the hotel directly, and will definitely return if in the area again.

Very friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast
