Grand Teguise Playa

La ubicación del hotel es una pasada, queda justo frente al mar con todas las habitaciones en esa dirección. Por dentro tiene una especie de estanque con plantas y sofás, en la que puedes descansar y desconectar, además de que tienen actuaciones por la noche. Las habitaciones están bastante bien, a nosotros nos tocó una con dos camas y eso si es algo que no nos gustó. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Lovely hotel it certainly looks grand inside Really great rooms so comfy beds was a bit cold in may at night but had blankets and pillows as extra in rooms pool area really good Only down fall was lunch and evening meals were disappointing all meals were fish baste I hate fish uncooked barbecue food we had to buy most of our own meals outside of hotel which is not good when you have spent all that money for hotel and meals they really need to revise menu please I would have gone there again but not for food sorry

My husband and I first booked this hotel in 2021 and have returned every year since. This year we visited at the end of April/beginning of May and have loved it more each year!!! This year, various members of the team said “Ahhhh welcome back, it’s so lovely to see you again” which I find really impressive, given the amount of people they must see each year. It really does feel like home from home now. We also recognised quite a few faces of returning guests, which shows other people love it as much as we do. We had a beautiful room on the 6th floor, nice and quiet with perfect views across the pool area and ocean. We enjoyed a perfect week!!! The food was brilliant in the main restaurant but also had a wonderful meal in the Al a Carte restaurant one evening. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job, not only of the rooms but the whole hotel, it was spotless!!! We really enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the pool area during the day. Plenty of of activities going on around the hotel if you wanted to join in but we just wanted to relax, so it was great to have the option. The bar area at night was brilliant. There was entertainment every night but also lots of comfy sofas to enjoy a quieter drink, if you wanted to. The manager was clearly visible during our stay making sure everything was running smoothly and asking for feedback….another tick in my box!!! I don’t know what else to say apart from “Thank you to all of the team at Grand Teguise Playa!” If you’re thinking of staying here, you won’t be disappointed, it is amazing!!!!!!!!!! Just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday the the Hotel Grand Teguise Playa. We had been some years ago so it wasn't completely new to us, and it was much as we remembered it. The vast majority of bedrooms have a sea view, and the view from our fourth floor room as superb. The location is excellent overlooking a small beach that has easy access from the hotel grounds. It is in a very central position near to many of the shops and bars. The service from the hotel staff is first class, and Roland in the animation team keeps everyone entertained throughout the day. The only negative that I can think of is that the range of meals in the restaurant, is less than some hotels that we have visited, but that won't stop us returning next year. In fact we met lots of guests who were "returners", many for the 9th or 10th time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Food was good considering it is all buffet which is not my preference. Staff were extremely efficient in the restaurant- in fact sometimes too efficient removing things before they were finished. Bars were good with sufficient choice of drinks available. Entertainment was good my only criticism was the sunbeds. Probably the worst I have experienced with no back support due to the gap between the back and seat of the chairs. Many guests were complaining. But the hotel was kept spotlessly clean throughout and room was comfortable. Worth upgrading to the better rooms as the views and balcony were delightful.

9 of us came here for our annual girly holiday. Got off to a great start where we were checked in very quickly and advised just to leave our cases at reception and go down to dinner before the restaurant closed. On checking into our rooms, they were spacious and bright. Plenty hanging space and drawer space. Best cold fridge we've had in a hotel. Paid 15E for the safe for the week. We were in room 218 with lovely views of the sea. The balconies are very private so difficult to communicate with nearby friends, however phones in the room for room to room calling. Lovely bathroom , spacious walk in shower and plenty room for toiletries around the sink area. As ever no socket next to a massive full length mirror for drying/straightening hair. Breakfast was fine with the usual cooked fare and cheese/ham/yogurt/cereal and the fresh fruit was absolutely divine. However lunch and evening meal were not the best we've had in all the 25 years of our travelling together. There was always one thing to be had, but lukewarm at best and no proper labelling so you just took what looked nice and hoped for the best. Lunch outside grill area had a huge joint of meat one day that was advertised as pork. However it as a great lump of beef. Thankfully most of us aren't fussy eaters. Mexican night was probably the best with delicious pork ribs. Rib eye steaks cooked and then sliced. As all inclusive goes the drinks were more than adequate. the pool bar is in a far corner so quite a walk if your at the other end of the pool. And there is only one bar in the lounge area so the queues can be quite long. However the staff are like whippets and you never wait too long. Big shout out to speedy Fernandez at the bar and Lahoucine in the dining room. All staff we came across were great, funny and helpful. Entertainment at night was canny but trying to get a seat for 9 people together was a nightmare, especially when you are in the dining room til almost the bitter end. We rarely sat together as a group. We had a late evening flight so spent as much time around the pool as possible. We couldnt keep a room on as the hotel was full. There is only one female shower in the gym area that could be used so make sure you have plenty of time to get ready before leaving as quite a queue can form The best bit for me about the location of the hotel is the proximity to the beach cove accessed by the pool gate. Amazing snorkelling area, full of fish , feeding them was a delight and snorkelling was just fab mainly safe in the knowledge that the rocks protected you from drifting out to sea. All in all a great holiday, spoiled slightly by the poor weather ( We had a few days with no sun and a cold breeze) and the food.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Adore the salt water pools, you basically just float without moving! Lots of sun beds. The food was grand. Entertainment was fabulous. Rooms were so quiet due to a hallway with a closing door, very well thought out. Lovely area with a scattering of restaurants etc. Hoping to stay again soon.

This hotel should have got 5 stars but for the room we were put in, we booked with TUI , I carefully checked,even double and triple checked everything, flight times , dates and room, the twin or double room with seaview and balcony or terrace was definitely selected, but when I got the confirmation email it said double room didn’t think anything was wrong the hotel boasts that all rooms have seaview and balcony. It wasn’t until I had paid the final payment and received the confirmation email it said double adapted room, TUI refused to do anything about it saying that’s what I had booked. The room was horrible, grey, dark and soulless, with just a window overlooking the fire escape. Not even a picture on the wall, the wet room was impractical, we had to put down a line of towels to stop the all floor from getting soaking wet. No where to hang clothes in the bathroom, just a tiny stool to keep your things off the floor. We felt like second class guests who had been conned by TUI into paying full price for the worst room we had ever stayed in !!!

Fabulous!! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we have been to many over the last 30 years plus. We booked the Suite Club Teguise, which we thought was worth the extra cost as we had lots of extra luxuries and privileges, eg. Comfortable sunbeds, Premium drinks ,bathrobes , slippers, Toiletries. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the food at the Al a carte restaurant, was all far too salty and strange colours, soup was grey. The main restaurant food was excellent . Staff all helpful. Special mention for our maid Gloria who worked so hard and kept our room immaculate. Maid service twice a day. Entertainment was of good standard.
