Hovima Panorama

I have just returned from a 5 night stay in the Panorama (I stayed here at this time last year, and if I can afford it, I will be booking again for next year) Check out my previous reviews. I love this hotel, all the staff are amazing and super friendly, with alot of faces I recognise from last year, which is always a good sign. I booked a package via Jet2, and the staff were able to fulfil my request of a specific room (I loved the room I had last year, and whilst they cannot guarantee any requests, they certainly go out of their way to try to make it happen) I had a superior sea facing room on floor 2, this gets the sun from about midday until it goes down. The apartment was exactly as I remember it, sitting area (which I think folds out into a bed) TV (never used it, so don't know what channels it offered) Twin beds with side tables with power outlets. Wardrobe with safe (extra cost of €3 per day) Small kitchen area, with sink, fridge, 2 ring burner and small selection of plates/ cups etc. There was a kettle and toaster (as I said in my previous reviews, unsure if this was because I booked via Jet2, as they have them available for hire) Bathroom was clean, shower was powerful and water hot. As last year, I opted for half board, both breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet with a good selection of foods available. You also have the option of swapping your evening meal for a lunch if you wish, I did opt to do this. You just go to reception and they give you a ticket. Lunch is served beside the pool, this a menu option and your choice is cooked fresh and has a nice selection of burgers, pizza, wraps etc and can be purchased at an extra cost if this isn't in your meal plan. This hotel is just a few steps from the main path that runs all the way to Los Chistianos and La Caleta in the other direction. It is close to a few good supermarkets as well as a very large selection of bars and restaurants I'm so hoping that I can make it back again next year. Thank you to all the staff.

We recently stayed half board as a family of 3. The staff were all lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming. The pool felt quite relaxed, with no problem getting a sunbed. Large Inflatables were not allowed due to the size of the pool, but ball games were never an issue. The life guards only stopped people jumping in if the pool was busy, but they were always very friendly. Food was good, although we changed our half board dinners for lunch everyday so we could enjoy eating out at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable with regular cleaning. Location was fantastic, with lots of bars, restaurants and La Pinta beach within a short walk. Our daughter was 10 and as other kids were similar age, it was nice that she could still make friends by the pool. We had a late flight on our last day but we were able to have a room all day for 20 euros which meant we could keep our stuff together and shower after making the most of our last day. We had a lovely week and would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel & Staff are absolutely fantastic, they have a special personal touch as it’s a small hotel. Never had an issue getting a sunbed, only thing that I would personally say that needs improving is the evening meal, there is not a lot of choice especially if you are a fussy eater. I would definitely go back, but instead of Half Board I would go Bed & Breakfast. Apart from that we had an amazing relaxing stay, so thank you so much to everyone of you.

I absolutely love these apartments, they’ve done them all up, the staff are absolutely amazing, the food is great and they catering for everyone, there’s a new bar near the pool, plenty of sun lounges to go around, really clean and fresh, close to all amenities, what’s not too love, I always come here has all the staff are very welcoming, see you next yr

What can I say about our stay here apart from we absolutely loved it from start to finish! We went with our 13y old and he loved it as much as us! The hotel it’s self is in a great location short walk to the main bars, and restaurants and within walking distance to Sian park and shopping centre all be it on a bit of a hill. Down was the harbour and other bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were all absolutely outstanding and they couldn’t do enough for your very friendly and welcoming, there’s not one member of staff that you won’t like and I don’t normally say that! It’s a lovely quiet hotel never had any issues getting sun beds around the pool and the hotel was full! One day the life guard removed towels for some beds that weren’t occupied since the morning. You can have inflatable rings, and play ball no issues. There’s not a lot of choice at the buffet but everything that was there was really tasty and piping hot you could always find something to eat, but the snack bar food was phenomenal. The drinks were all branded premium and all tasted great and the daiquiris are incredible. We made some great friends whilst there and some enemies too The German family that was there didn’t take to us as after the nights entertainment had finished at 10 we stayed down at the bar playing cards with our new friends and just having a bit of fun! The all inclusive bar doesn’t close while midnight so we didn’t see the problem(nor did the bar staff)! She was shouting at us every night after 10 and complaining to the reception. We totally respected this for a while but when she swore at my son we didn’t give a hoot. If anything she made our stay that little bit more entertaining. There isn’t anything for the younger children to do apart the pool table and ping pong but that gets tedious after some time. Entertainment is singer or someone playing the violin but it’s done by 10pm. Monday is BBQ night. Fabulous food it was utterly amazing. We are 100% returning next year and bringing more of the family. Massive shout out to Karman who made our sons last night one he won’t forget. But all in all the staff go out of their way to make your stay a great one. See you all in 2025

I say this every time, this hotel may be classified as a 3 star hotel; but the service, hospitality, and cleanliness of the hotel is just 5 star. This is our 4th time at this hotel, and it has been fantastic to see the money invested back into the facilities in the hotel. The restaurant staff, Sandra, Jose and Jorge are just fantastic and treat us like family. The reception staff, Patricia F and Carolina are fantastic too and always do the best for us. I cannot fault this hotel.
