Kami telah memesan dan kami tinggal di resepsi untuk waktu yang lama sehingga mereka bisa mendapatkan data kami dan tidak ada yang menjelaskan kepada kami informasi apa pun tentang hotel. Mereka memberi kami kunci, tidak lebih. Kejutan kami adalah tidak ada AC ketika kami masuk, dan rasanya seperti sauna. Segera setelah kami memasuki pintu, kami mencium bau pipa air. Mereka memberi kami deposit 10 euro untuk setiap remote control. Oke, ayo turun dan ambil remote control, kita naik, tidak ada yang tidak bisa dibuka, kami memanggil resepsionis, bocah itu muncul, tidak ada yang memberi tahu kami bahwa TV tidak memiliki tombol, kami tidak punya TV sepanjang malam Kemudian kita harus konek ke WiFi yang kita berikan ke clavws, kita tidak minta apa-apa yaitu hanya ada WiFi di traca pool. Jangan pernah kembali

Very nice hotel centrally located, easy access to main touristic attractions and highways, totally recommended.

Bien ubicado pero está en el meollo de la fiesta y se olle musica de las discotecas y solo tiene un enchufe en el salón y otro salón es lo único que decir malo

Don’t think this hotel is the best if I’m being honest, bugs all in the room, having to spray every single day, and it still didn’t help. I don’t agree that me and my mum had to pay a deposit where as others didn’t have to pay, if you’re going to pay a deposit then do it for everyone, can’t be one rule for one and another rule for others. Cleaners need to mop the floor more as my feet were filthy I had to put shoes on every time I wanted to go anywhere. Could do with updating the beds as very uncomfortable. The only good thing was the view and it was amazing for the sunset and looking over at the sea.

Great little apar**ent central location everything you need in your room if you are self catering very clean large pool area not far to walk for bars and amenities staff very polite and helpful security have no messing if your loud or rowdy your out basic but you only sleep there

Honestly would not recommend this hotel at all very disappointed to say the least. Me and my boyfriend checked out less than 72 hours of being here, was meant to be staying 7 nights. Hotel needs a massive refurbishment, very out dated. When we arrived we was made to sign a contract which lead to paying €150 euros which we was told if we didn’t pay we wouldn’t be aloud to check in, we was never informed on this when booking this hotel. I asked how come the older couple in front didn’t have to pay and all they said was there are “older generation”. I don’t think this is fair one bit as if you are setting a rule it should apply for everyone, They take advantage of younger ones. There is also a fee if you want the Tv remote which is ridiculous after making us pay €150. The toilet flush was hanging off, the card holder was hanging off the wall, could see the fuses. Ceiling all peeling in the bathroom. Loads of scuffs everywhere. No plugs in the bedroom & hardly any plugs in the apar**ent literally had to charge one phone in the bathroom. No aircon whatsoever. When informing reception they sent someone up to the room all they did was fix the toilet which we was grateful for and screw a part of the door off & on which looked like it had been rammed shut. Pool area is very quiet no a**osphere. Didn’t feel very safe in the area. Was overall depressing ruined the start of our holiday.

What a beautiful place...staff polite and friendly very clean only thing that apar**ent doesn't have is aircon but we hired a fan ...definitely staying again I would recommend the apar**ents supermarket 2 mins away cafe where we had breakfast 🥰🥰🥰

Very disappointed when we got dropped off by the transfer coach. We had to drag our heavy suitcases up a steep hill then around thr corner. Not nice when your in your seventies with arthritus. However, when we finally got there, I was pleasantly surprised. Easy check in. Apar**ent, clean and airy. Bottle of water and bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Nuts for snack. Also provided was washing up liquid, tea towels, shower gel. The beds were comfy with lovely fluffy pillows. Apar**ent cleaned and fresh towels most days. Bedding changed mid week. Plenty sunbeds. Nice pool. Amenities in surrounding area very good. Plenty supermarkets and nice restaurants. 10 minute walk down a steep hill to beach. Took longer walking back up. Overall very satisfied and I would stay here again.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, we were quite nervous as to what to expect, however we were pleasantly surprised. The one bedroom apar**ent was spacious for two people and was clean. Towels were changed every day / two days and bedding was changed twice in our 10 day stay. The room had basic facilities, however no air on in July was absolutely unbearable and for this reason I would not stay at this hotel again as it was boiling at all times in the room, day and night. Staff were approachable and friendly at all times and provided great customer service, cannot fault them at all. It was my birthday during our stay and the hotel popped a bottle of rose Prosecco and a card in which we thought was a lovely touch especially from a budget hotel. The happy hour was cheap for drinks however we did not think the drinks were great, we didn’t try the food. The hotel is loud on an evening with lots of young people staying and coming in between 2-7am, with the hotel not being far from the Veronica’s *****. I would note this is a budget hotel and attracts the younger crowd for this reason, so be aware when booking if that isn’t your scene as it can be loud and keep you awake during this time. Overall this was a good budget holiday and we had a great time. Align your expectations to the price you pay and you shouldn’t be too far disappointed.

Accidentally left my AirPods so contacted the hotel as I could see on find my they were there after i contacted my AirPods had moved so were stolen! I was planning on getting a friend to pick them up

Heres goes....Read a lot of negatives after booking this accommodation when it met our budget for a New Year stay. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the occasions needed, even rang us on check in day to let our know our room was ready as it was not initially due to an early arrival. Main hotel/pool area is very clean / tidy. Rooms could do with a deep clean and attention paid to skirting boards etc but overall maids do a brilliant job, very friendly and gave fresh towels/toilet roll when we didn't require cleaning that day. Cleaning schedule is provided on arrival. We had a shower cubicle, others in our party had a bath. There is no hairdryer. Toiletries were provided and washing up liquid, scourer, dish towel in kitchen. All basic kitchen utensils provided and microwave, hob, kettle, toaster. Large bedroom/living area with plenty of storage, dressing table, ample plug sockets, TV -Remote is obtained by deposit.  Lighting was a bit dim and no aircon which was fine this time of year. Beds are very comfy. Safe was very cheap. Main bug bear for us was the early morning sunbed reservers/towel hoggers all day as I usually only want One for a few hours here and there. Pool are gets a lot of sun and is kept quiet to due apar**ents also being residential. Great view of pool/sea from room. Breakfast/lunch is served although we didn't eat here. Bar is 10am till 4pm, would have liked it a bit later for us. Good supermarket over the road and underneath hotel. We picked the location as we enjoy both costa adeje and PDLA, it's at least 15 mins walk either way and uphill on way back. Siam Park/mall in walking distance and bus station only 5mins away. Overall great on a budget and if you're not expecting 5*

I went with my mom and sister in June 22 and it was a nice cozy apar**ent. Massive swimming pool and a salon. The staff were great, one was helping me with Spanish as I'm shy to speak it. The salon staff were great and looked after my mom when she was having her massage done considering there was a language barrier. I came back on my birthday and they left me a little message which was sweet. Me and my sister would relax on the balcony. I would definitely go back.

The premises were clean and very quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The apar**ent was clean and had sufficient appliances like toaster , kettle microwave and 2 ring hob. Location though on a slight hill, is a nice walkable distance from the main *****. Good selection in supermarket across road. Unfortunately, the tennis court was not available. The table tennis needs to be replaced but still provided entertainment. Walkable distance to Siam Park and Siam Mall as well.

What you see is what you get ! Budget apar**ents at a reasonable price in good location with easy access to most places. Staff very attentive and always happy to help. Cleanliness was a priority during our visit and all staff very friendly with nothing too much trouble and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had a problem with our door lock which was reported immediately identified and rectified with urgency. Thankyou all of you for making our stay memorable for the right reasons. If only the weather had been better ! Obviously outside your control!
