We have just returned from our holiday here. The hotel is clean and well presented. The staff are welcoming and hard working. We had upgraded to a sea view room which had fantastic views, but loud, repetitive music from the "sunset chill out" bar which made sitting on our balcony tedious, along with plumes of smoke from other balconies. Our room had a pod coffee machine but no tea making facilities at all. Not great for tea drinkers. The tea at breakfast is not pleasant either, take your own tea bags! The food was adequate, but not to a standard we were expecting after having to book a time every evening on the hotel app. Sun bathing areas and pools were lovely, especially the freezing cold one - very refreshing! Our, and many other guests, main complaint was about the elevators or lack of them. We were on the 5th floor of 11 guest floors and on most occasions took about 15 minutes to get to the ground floor, we walked down the stairs several times. Most of the guests in the hotel were in their senior years and needed use of the elevators more than we did. Overall, a nice hotel on the beach but not value for money.

This really is a nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms were cleaned every day without fail. We had a junior suite located on the 11th floor which was lovely with a fantastic view of the ocean and sunset. The only reason I can’t give five stars is that the mistake we made was going all inclusive. Whilst the main restaurant is very nice and the food also very good it is very chaotic in there. If you don’t mind being knocked and barged out of the way trying to get what you want you will be fine but if you want a quieter meal time you will get frustrated as we did. We actually gave up after the second day and decided to eat out. We would definitely choose to stay here again but wouldn’t take the all inclusive option as there are plenty of restaurants nearby which serve very good food.

The hotel is like a youth hostel! The rooms are shocking! Nothing like what is advertised online! This not 4* nothing close! This not a luxury escape from home! All it does is make you want to go home! I’m struggling to find anything positive to say! We paid for privilege… this area has nice amenities however, laying on a plastic mattress on a sun lounger… this is not nice!! The drinks are topped up (when asked). I’m regretting all choices by booking this hotel! I have heard several people at reception complaining about their room too! This is like sleeping at your nabs house!

Our first time in Tenerife, and won’t be our last! Fabulous hotel by the beach with plenty of options for sunbathing areas (and plenty of beds available throughout the day, ending the morning rush for a bed) stayed all inclusive and enjoyed some fabulous meals and enjoyed the speciality restaurants too! The daytime entertainment was fun (no pressure to take part), from pool parties, boules, table tennis and archery and the evening entertainment was good too! Plenty of restaurants and bars local if you wish to venture out and around a 15 minute walk to Costa Adeje centre and 10 mins to Playa de America. Will definitely return to this hotel!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in here. I didn’t want to leave it was so good . We opted for Privilege which was suggested by a few reviews and it’s definitely worth it ! . The food was top notch . With privilege you’re able to eat in any of the restaurants . There is also the terrace where snacks and all branded drinks are available . The area is quiet and the beach is on the doorstep literally . I can’t wait to go back . I don’t normally go back to the same place but I’d definitely make an exception with this place .

Another fabulous stay at the H10 Gran Tinerfe! Client service is second to none and every member of staff without exception are pleasant and helpful from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave and they do whatever they can to make a good holiday great. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the whole hotel is spotless and the complimentary toiletries are lovely. The animation team do a great job in getting people mixing and having a good time, the foam party is always great, they work long hours and always have a smile on their faces, well done Dani, Sheila,Elvira and Dora! Already booking our next visit and we’ve not finished this holiday yet!

The staff were super friendly and always smiling. There was a brilliant party at the hotel on one of the nights which was excellent and so much fun for all age groups. The chillout bar is a prefect place to have cocktails and watch the sunset. The alcohol range is a premium alcohol range which is even better for enjoying those drinks. A coffee shop was also at the hotel. The hotel has a few different areas offering different atmospheres, the pool area played brilliant music and fun place to be, meanwhile the acclimatised pool was calmer and next to the coffee shop. There were a few Jacuzzis dotted around for use also. The food was good and consistent in quality. Not much choice day to day. However the Italian restaurant at the hotel served one of the best steaks I've ever had...... We had had a great stay here.

We are here for a week and we like a lot this hotel, we feel super good. Nice beeldroom, next top thé beach, a lot of variety of dood and drinks and different shows and activities. Of course thé personal, fro' receptioniste bar and evertthing were amazing

Used to be amazing !! Not anymore! Been 6 times to the hotel over the years and used to be an amazing experience. The bedrooms are looking very tired. The shower was also looking very dirty and the headboard on the bed was in a very poor condition.. fantastic to be close to the beach though evening entertainment is fantastic as for food really poor Luke warm food very poor choices due to complicated food we preferred simple food British food also this hotel used to be amazing I guess by popularity the cut corners. When you search other H10 Hotels in the areas down to Las Americas you will see all the reviews are related to poor food so we are confident it is not just us complaining about food apart from that hotel car parking is a nightmare car park with other people taking your spaces that you’ve paid €10 for. Very sad to write a negative review for this hotel when it used to be amazing for over the years things have changed for the worst.
